Do not waste your time, Victor Smith told me the promotion was 800 back on my old phone, they ended up giving me 440 when I caught it they said it would be fixed, been 4 months won't return my calls.

Brittany and Victor are the reason I will always go to an authorized retailer before a corporate store any day! From opening the store a little early, to even staying past closing just to help with my needs or concerns. I go in and feel like I’m in the best hands with my technology! I can come in and know that the questions I have on my device will not be brushed off and I won’t be made to feel stupid for not knowing it! They are always so happy to help!

Bought some cases for our phones and then realized that we purchased the wrong case, went to return them and it was an hour long process of them trying to return them. It was horrendous. While I was there I listened to the customer service lady lie to a customer about pricing after she gave them one price she turned around and gave them a higher price. Then she proceeded to lie and say she had never said that. Not my cup of tea.. honestly surprised Verizon is still in business with such poor talent.. must pay next to nothing

Went into the store 1 person working witch is fine he was with a customer also fine was in the store for almost 20 minutes he never said Hi or asked if I had any questions was looking to get a new phone and tablet will never return.

The girl did take time to review many phones and the plan options. That was very nice. However greatly overshadowed by the amount of time on phone with HQ getting everything setup. It was more than FOUR different phone calls. After SEVERAL minutes into each call the guy working beside her would tell her she did it wrong yet not offer to help. If he was a manager he was not managing her incompetence very well. I think two other customers came in during the two and a half hours we were in the store so they were not overloaded. Make the drive to any other location, normally I do.
