I went to the the Route 30 HD dealership, salesman (Tommy) talked to me allright. He gave me the write-up of the 2024 Street Glide and trade in for 2023 Street Glide. I agree to call him in a couple of days. I called him after one week, I have decided to purchasing the bike, he answered and told me that "I still can honor the writeup price let me take your number and call you back when you can get the bike " he never called back. I called and left him several voice mail messages, also left my name and numbers with other associates several times but they never get back to me yet. It's been several weeks no one got back to me. I was giving them $30K business but they seems doesn't care... This is what happened with Route 30 Harley Davidson. I do not believe that I would recommend anyone to do business with this folks. Just be careful...

Route 30 HD has done a excellent job on taking care of all my mechanical needs on my Road Glide. Service guys are outstanding! The girls in the clothing department are also outstanding and very helpful.

We were in there for 20 minutes and not one person offered to help us with selling a motorcycle. The lady in the clothing area was more helpful than any of the commission paid employees. We left thinking that they didn’t want to sell a motorcycle today.Also, my son is autistic and was feeling very wiggly. Some other lady with long gray hair was more concerned with him possibly scratching a motorcycle than helping my husband buy a motorcycle.I guess we won’t be going there ever again. There’s an HD dealership in Ottawa that might want us around. ✌?

A favorite stop for all you Harley enthusiasts.Check out the great selection of bikes, clothing, parts and clothing. All the accessories you'll need for a safe enjoyable ride. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are always ready to answer any questions you might have.The car & bike show was a great success the day of my visit. Live entertainment was also a bonus for the beautiful afternoon.
