Friendly, fair, and great mechanics!My family and I had some car trouble driving cross country and they got us in during busy hours and back on the road in 30 minutes. It would have been a rough day for us but they made time to help us out.Upper Sandusky is lucky to have this shop in town!

Mike has been working on my vehicles for 30 years when it's something I cant fix myself. Recently had some A/C work done and he sent me pictures of the problem to show the cost was gonna be more than I originally thought before he proceeded to work on it. How many other shops would do that for you? The A/C was fixed in no time and he saved me a little on the cost for parts too

I decided to wait a couple months after my visit so I could keep from sounding angry , for I have taken the car here for several years. with good enough results..so this is not about their work as much as price..I can no longer believe they can get anything done for less than 250 dollars....not including parts, labor only ... since you can hardly find any replacement parts for anything less than $100 , plan on 350 plus tax or more minimum or about 400 dollars or more.... for any repair...I have no doubt they wont hesitate to be honest with you up front...my point is merely when you get into the 400 -500 plus range or more for anything....its your choice to consider alternatives
