Tow guy was great office people very short and rude yard guy was old and did not like black people to say the less oh he tell you he got a gun to try and scare ya but he can’t even get out the car!

Had a truck that hadn't been running in a month. Called to have it towed to a mechanic. When the tow truck arrived, the truck started, so didn't need the tow after all. Went into get at least a partial refund of the tow, was told no. So lesson learned....no more Fox Towing.

Terrible customer service. Estimate was 3 months ago. Appointment was made. Dropped vehicle off on requested date. Parts not ordered before hand. Estimate 3 day turn around. It’s been 8 days. No communication or explanation made by staff. When I did call however on the 3rd day, office staff was rude and reluctant to want to answer questions that is when I found out parts weren’t ordered. Stopped to see progress and staff rude and continues to be vague with answers. Went into the shop to ask the technician and seen the hinges on the doors were being sanded. Estimate was NEW ones. Not sanded and repainted. Currently end of day 8 and no call from the shop on progress or explanation going on with my vehicle into day 9. This is TERRIBLE for a shop to do this. People rely on their vehicle and they have me and theirs nothing I can do about it. I’ve had to rearrange my entire work schedule and beg for rides to work and home. Not to mention my doctor appointments and prior commitments

towing-Someone hit my truck and before i new what was happening Foxs tow truck showed up and took my truck away. While waiting for my son in law to pick me up ,my truck is gone ,had to ask the deputy who towed my truck! I called Foxs to get my tools out and they said no, not till the bill was paid. I was not at fault, so i should not have to pay and i use my tools everyday, a week later i had to drive 50 miles from my home to get my tools the next day or lose them.what a rip off ,not good people!
