“One of the very best banks in Ohio. It has remained locally owned. The other local bank, Community Savings Bank, is selling itself out to a bigger out of county bank. As far as I'm concerned, it will no longer be "local." First Citizens National Bank remains headquartered in Upper Sandusky and has not sold out.”
“They replaced the regular tellers and the new ones are mostly rude and you have to remind them to give you the deposit slips for business deposits. Very unhappy with the service and overall atmosphere since they changed hands.”
