All new people running the office. And they clearly don’t care about your fur kids. No one told me that the staff had quit. My dog has suffered a great deal because they don’t answer their phones. They don’t return calls. And they schedule surgery’s just to tell you later “we aren’t scheduling surgeries.” They will gladly take your money though and offer to make another appointment to have the same problem looked at. I’ve had my dog for 10 years; since he was 2 weeks old. And now he’s suffering because of this clinics lack of response.they Wouldn’t even provide antibiotics for an infection; but wanted to sell me a container for teeth cleaning. With these new people it’s all about the money. They don’t care about the suffering of the fur kids. They don’t care about the sufferings of the pet parent. They don’t care about the issue at hand. The clinic smells of wet dirty animal. It’s not clean like it used to be. Will not be returning to this Clinic after being a client for 11 years. To be honest. I would give give zero stars if it were any option. My furkid deserves to be treated with importance; love and compassion. Not be put set on the back burner and treated like a money mine. This clinic really ought not be open.Shiva- passed away tonight. 2/12/2024. His passing is a direct result of the lies; and lack of compassion from this facility.

I think it's very unprofessional that the doctor at this office said that a family pet passed away due to a reaction for medicine but when I call the office less than 24 hours later the front desk girl tells me that he died from something else I guess what really upsets me is that they can't keep their story straight within less than 24 hours apart and now a very beloved family pet has passed away. WHILE IN THEIR CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Misdiagnosed my dog with a U.T.I. While I shoved antibiotics down her throat. Being reassured this was the cure. She got worse and worse. After taking her to a real vet. She was diagnosed with cancer. Which would have been operable and removable. According to the Oncologist had I brought her in sooner. So if you love your fur baby stay far away! Mine passed 2/2/24 from the Cancer they diagnosed as a U.T.I.

Would not recommend this place. I called them to see how much it would cost to fix my cat and they said they call me back Monday, not even giving me a price

We've been there twice now. We've had total of 5 dogs spayed/neutered. Three girl and two boys. They were terrific with all 5 of our dogs. One of our dogs has separation anxiety, they did wonderful with him!! Would definitely recommend and come back!!!! Absolutely reasonable!!!! Love them!!!!!❣️?

They were happy to take my money for the first visit then didn’t want to help me when my dog wasn’t doing any better! I took her to Willard Veterinary Clinic an they helped me. Don’t ever plan on going back to that place!

These gals are phenomenal! We've been going to these guys since 2014 because of their love and care of any and all animals. Kristen and Angie have both been with us through some terrible times and the recent passing of our cat. They helped us out with making the process a bit easier and are very avid cat lovers as well. They are very supportive and have become like family to us.

Horrible service, the vet just wants to take your money and rush you out the door with wrong diagnosis wanting to go with most expensive options and does not have the common courtesy of returning phone calls when you have questions or concerns for your pet. Very obvious vet and staff don't care it's just a way to pad the pocketsI would not refer this clinic to no one. If i could give this clinic 0 stars i would they don't even deserve 1 star. Replying to your response I was referred to a clinic out of town to schedule an ultrasound for my cat i called them they emailed you and when i called them I was told vet was supposed to call me and never did so i called your clinic and vet was out and i was told she was at store I left a request for a call back and never got the call or any follow up so your not being honest and i had my cat at your clinic a week ago today so no you don't follow up or return calls i had to add this to my review cause i couldn't leave another review so this is my repliy back to your dishonest response

This place is unbelievable. Not in a good way. I was calling around to find out how much it would cost for declawing and they told me the vet would have to see my two new kittens before they could tell me. A different vet wanted to wait until they were 6 months (they are 3) and wanted $128 each. I arrived for my 2:30 appointment at 2:20. With one other person in the waiting room, I finally was called in after waiting 50 minutes. When the vet came in, she started asking question such as where did I get them, are they sneezing at all, maybe a couple more, as she prepared a needle for shots she said they needed and also deworming. She did not tell me now much it would be but I figured maybe $40 or $80 at the most. She said they could do the declawing because the judged by weight and age. They were over three pounds and she instructed me to schedule it when I checked out. I asked how much and she said $400 to which I let out a sigh and then she said EACH! $800 dollars to declaw two cats. I'm 66 and live on social security only so that was out of the question. Being kind of shy, I didn't want to blurt out how poor I am so I said I would schedule, figuring I'd cancel later. When I went to check out, they charged me $188. I couldn't believe it. Two shots, I tiny glob of deworming in their mouth and a thermometer up their rear. All in all, I was in with the vet maybe 10 minutes, 15 max. Needless to say, I will never go back to this rip-off place and I suggest no-one else does either. Plus she was rude and treated me as if I was insignificant. DO NOT GO HERE! I have no idea how they got any 5 star reviews. I would have given zero if I could.

Wish there was more thorough testing done. We were told our dog could possibly have something stuck and he was given a shot to keep him from throwing up. Only blood tests were run. We took him to another vet a week later and the first thing they after seeing the good bloodwork was x-rays to find the root of the problem. He ended up having a cancerous tumor that we could have known about far before he started getting as sick as he did if the problem was looked into thoroughly before just giving him a shot and sending him home.

I used to like this vets office. Dr.Cope isn't in the Office and the replacement staff. Aren't particularly friendly to people or animals. I have 1 vet tech in particular. That seems to always have nasty comments that aren't needed. So I avoid this vet. Even getting records was a hassle.
