I had signed up for a new mobile phone service. In signing up, I received a free phone (Orbic) and a tablet. BIG mistake!
The quality of the phone was UNACCEPTABLE! All I wanted was to return it ALL! I went to The UPS Store and the employee I encountered was EXTREMELY accommodating! Did not think of remembering her name...sorry I didn't!

Always friendly staff who helps me with my shipping needs. I needed to ship my father’s death certificate out to several companies. The person who helped me was kind and patient and very helpful. She made a difficult time better by helping me with kindness and compassion.

Normally this store is 4/5 stars but multiple times now I’ve dropped off Amazon returns and they haven’t scanned the return properly (or didn’t even scan it all), which led to waiting a month for a refund this last time. Amazon even stated when I called that UPS messed up the scan and that I’ll have to wait for the entire return process to pass (which can actually take up to 60 days) before getting my refund. So I would be leery of making Amazon returns here.

Shequela was absolutely amazing! I had a huge Amazon return, and she went through my returns individually to save me $15. She was kind and polite the whole time and even thanked me for MY patience. She's a saint!
