I can never find bras that fit me in store, I always have to shop online. I needed a strapless bra for an event I was going to and after trying two other stores I walked in and the associate said she had my size. I opted to get fitted and she was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. She even ensured that the bra I tried on fit me well. If you have a hard time finding bras that fit you I highly recommend Soma. The associates at this location where really friendly and helpful.

I came to this store 45 minutes before the listed closing time to pick up an order and arrived to locked doors and a dark store on 01/31. Online states that they close at 8 and it’s also says that the store hours were updated 2 weeks ago.

I found the world's most comfortable bra here! The sales lady was super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Soma and their location at The Shops at Lane Avenue.

Incredibly pleased with my purchase. I walked in and was immediately swooped under the wing of Erika (sorry if I'm mispelling the name) who is obviously going to do some great things in her life because of the genuine care and professionalism she showed to not only myself but to others she was serving. If I could not have heard her with other customers, I would not have ever guessed I wasn't her only one with the individual attention she gave me. She gave me honest opinions, brushed away insecurities with encouragement and was patient while I tried on over a dozen bras. She truly went above and beyond even going as far as to look online for different colors of a bra I was interested in. She is the embodiment of a spirit of excellence and will be successful in anything she wants to do because of it. I will recommend Soma to every woman I know. Without Erika I probably would have left with the same old ratty bra I have been wearing for years. The bras are great but the associates show you what a right fit looks like and gets your through the trying on process 100x faster.Thank you Erika and thank you Soma

Great experience at the Upper Arlington location. I will be back! The associate (my receipt says her name was Ericka) helped me figure out my size, and helped me find the styles that worked for me. They didn’t have my size in a particular style in stock, but the associate had it shipped to my house. I think I found my new favorite bra store!

I feel like I've been tricked. I went in and got measured. I found a bra I really liked and purchased two. When I got home, the bras I purchased didn't fit. They were far too tight. It seems the bra I tried on was stretched out from previous fittings. No one suggested that would be a problem. And no one suggested I try one of the bras I was actually purchasing to make sure it was appropriate. I cannot "break in" a bra if I can't wear it to begin with. I will be returning the bras and seeking out a proper fitting with an actual professional elsewhere.

I stopped in last night needing to exchange some bras, after purchasing Soma bras online for the first time, and ordering the wrong size... a task I'd been putting off for weeks, because bra shopping sounded dreadful. I was wrong! I was greeted by Erika who asked me a few questions about my habits and what I was looking for, and immediately got to work on finding new bras that I would be comfortable in and happy with. She helped me find a proper fit and was extremely professional and attentive while I was in the shop for about an hour. I left there so happy with my new bras and the service/experience I had there. Soma has made me a happy customer and I will certainly be back!

I love this place. Joan was very helpful and took her time with me to find the right bra. The employees are very friendly and not pushing you to purchase anything. They are very helpful and the bra are very good quality.
