Fun, Low Stress, and ConfidentNot once throughout my experience buying our home did I feel out of confidence, anxious, or unenthusiastic. All are emotions I typically feel during big purchases. Sean had a better grasp of what my wife and I wanted than what we did. His advice was realistic. He would not shy away from turning us away from a home that either was not our fit, or if he knew there was a better option out there. We felt properly mentored the entire way though. I honestly feel this man enjoys every minute of his job and at no moment did he want us to feel we were wasting his time viewing another home. Needless to say, Sean is an incredibly talented realtor that polarizes himself away from the average "car-salesmen" in the best ways possible. Buying a home was a joy and several months later I can confidently say that there is no lick of buyers remorse. Our home really is the best fit we could have found.

Best in the BusinessSean Carpenter (aka Carp) is the best real estate agent we have ever had. He met with us to understand our needs and wants, which helped him deliver the perfect house. We didn’t feel like a regular client and just another sale, it felt like we were his friends that he truly wanted to help out. He gave his honest opinions on houses when asked and it made me feel like he wasn’t going to let us just settle for a house, but rather choose and accept the one we want and is right for us. In the end, we created a bond with Sean and obtained the best house. I have dealt with other agents in the past that do not compare, but if you are sharp, you will most certainly call Carp.
