Best bank I have ever been to. My finance and I wanted to open a joint account and they answered all of our questions perfectly. We worked with the manager Sydney as well as a male teller at the front who provided some helpful insight to set everything up smoothly. Definitely recommend this bank for anything you need.

I opened a joint bank account today with my fiance here. Best bank I have ever been to in United States. The staffs were so nice in the front especially the guy and also the banker I think her name is Sydney and she was so nice and helpful to us. Definitely recommend this place if you wanna feel welcomed.

Told me they could cash a check they issued if I signed it to my mom. My ID was missing and I told them that. They said as long as she had 2 forms of ID they could. Me and my mom who can barely walk, walked there from Kenny and Ackerman which is over a mile and came home empty handed because they refused to honor their own word and their own check. 0 stars if possible!

We had called ahead and set up an appointment, as well as gotten the list of what we needed to make the process run smoothly. When we arrived, we were greeted and offered seats near the office of the person we were scheduled to meet with. He was on the phone... and continued to be on the phone. 15 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start, he got up from his desk, looked straight at us and said nothing, not even an apology, and shut the door. 10 minutes later, one of the tellers apologized to us and told us he was going to be at least another 15 minutes and could we please reschedule our appointment? We had coordinated multiple people's schedules and some people had taken off work to come to the scheduled appointment for a complete waste of time. One star is for the apologetic teller who got us in immediately to see a manager at a different location.

If you are looking for an excellent team that does not waste your time, go to this branch and ask about the manager. His name is Waled. He is a wonderful person and more cooperative than you can imagine, not like the rest of the branch managers on the miserable Bathel Road.

For five years I have deposited a dividend check at this branch quarterly and taken $5,000.00 in cash. The checks are between 10 and 15,000.00. I called today and spoke with Derrick who was both rude and unhelpful and said they could no longer accommodate my request. The balance in this account is usually in the 25 to 50,000.00 range and is non interest bearing. There was no attempt to explain this decision. The JP Morgan/ Chase bank across the street has solicited my business for years. Thanks to Derrick, they just earned it.

We had a coupon for a $150 bonus upon opening an account & maintaining that initial balance. My partner & I dan on seeing this account as a joint travel slush fund as there are no fees or minimum balance requirements tied to the account. Our Banker was knowledgeable, kind & had a great sense of humor. All in all a wonderful experience.
