I'm only leaving my bad experience to prevent others from having the same. I ended up with some cuts and a fiery red and razor burned neck. And the stylus never said a word. I've been getting haircuts for many years. Not once have I ever experienced this.It took about 2 weeks for everything on my neck to heal. The same lady and man appear to always be working there. Always very distracted and annoyed. Avoid avoid avoid.

Not a very good experience. I had the guy cut my hair, and from the beginning he seemed annoyed and he was rushing to get my hair cut, which led to a lot of pain. I also wanted my my hair on the top to be left long which i reassured him multiple times and said I only wanted a quarter inch off. He ended up getting rid of way more than that. After I bring this up, he says it'll grow back. He rushed the whole process. Also showed attitude at me after I did not tip.

As busy as the 2 were, I was in the chair in very reasonable time thanks to “Check-In.” Hair was cut even and perfect length as she was new to cutting my hair based off my file.

The white lady who cuts hair is racist and butchered my hair I just decided to cut my loss and get out. I had to cut my hair myself afterward… this is ridiculous and if you are there do not let her cut your hairDon’t bother contacting great clips, they don’t care. I tried.

I've been to this location twice. The first time was about average--what I expected at a Great Clips. The only thing remarkable was how fast they cut my hair. This second time was absolutely atrocious. The guy before me stormed out of the building, cursing under his breath. I strongly considered leaving, but against my better judgement, I stuck around. Great Clips saves your cut sizing if you've been in the store before. I asked the lady if she had those numbers available, and she vaguely mumbled something I couldn't understand. I showed her a picture of myself, and she said "ok." She grabbed my hair, cut it seemingly randomly, held it up, and said, "is this good?" Not being a hairstylist myself and recognizing she clearly had something going on, I said, "looks great," trying to defuse the situation-- I didn't want her to get upset and make it worse than it was already going to be. Long story short, my haircut is uneven, the worst haircut I could imagine, patches in the back.Heed caution: this is the worst Great Clips I have been to out of 5+, and your money would be better spent getting a haircut from somebody that has an interest in doing an average job.Service: Haircut
