Kudos to the pharmaceutical staff at the Tremont store in Upper Arlington OH! The pharmacist (Kevin) in particular was courteous, attentive, resourceful, and thorough in addressing all my concerns. I apologize CVS for hiring such personnel to interface with the public.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!I had an appt to have a Covid test a little over an hour ago, and was given NO SERVICE whatsoever. The girl had no idea what to do, except to get my confirmation number. She went away after saying she was "trying to figure it out. I was just left to sit there with cars behind me. No one else came to help me. I finally just drove off.

Would give 0 stars based on the phone interaction I just had with the male manager on 12/22. I asked what a good time would be to come in to take passport photos, which usually take about 10 mins MAX to actually take. I was confused when he said "it's Two days before Christmas" as his response. That's didn't answer my question. When I asked him what that had to do with anything, his sarcastic and snarky attitude was abundantly clear and said "we have two people working and this is a retail store". UM SIR this is a CVS and passport photos are a service you offer. This is not a ZARA. Perhaps this should be noted for this cvs management team that clearly, your staff are over worked and your establishment is crumbling. I'm going to Staples.

Went to the UA Tremont Road location for a COVID-19 PCR test on 1/2/22 and the woman at the drive-thru couldn't have been nicer, more patient & helpful. Really appreciated her manner and kindness. I'm sure it's not easy standing there for hours on a shift with hundreds of sick people coming through. Yet she kept a smile and was pleasan the entire time and I didn't feel at all rushed.Exactly what you need when you're not feeling well.

Getting prescriptions there is usually very easy but vaccinations today were a mess. I went for my third Pfizer shot. They gave me the wrong person's paperwork (it had a man's personal information on it!). When I gave it back to them they tried to tell me I had signed up for the flu shot, which I absolutely had not done, and my email confirmation from a couple weeks ago shows I signed up for the Pfizer covid shot only. They made it out to be my mistake, rather than their own complete disorganization. I would not get a vaccine at this location again.

I occasionally visit the CVS Pharmacy at 3282 Tremont Rd. when I am unable to find what I need at the Giant Eagle pharmacy at Kingsdale [which is a quarter mile to the south across a large parking lot].The staff at that CVS Pharmacy is always friendly and helpful. I have multiple vision impairments that can make it extremely difficult for me to find what I need unless I very methodically scan all of the shelves [which can take quite a while].One notable example of the very helpful staff at that CVS Pharmacy had been on 7-7-2021 when I had wanted to purchase an additional "CVS brand" nail file [the same brand as I had bought before]. I now know that that particular nail file is officially known as a "Beauty 360 Sapphire Nail Shaper" but I had not known that at the time. Two other brands of nail files, "Top Care" [from Giant Eagle] and "Revlon," had become less effective after less than one month of use while the CVS nail file had remained effective. Therefore, CVS immediately became my chosen brand for nail files.A very helpful employee at that CVS Pharmacy quickly found the location of that nail file on their shelves, confirmed that that product had been "sold out," spent several minutes looking through several large green plastic boxes [in the retail area and in the back], and then gave me a six-digit number that I would be able to use in the future to far more easily find that item when it is back in stock.Following an additional trip to that CVS Pharmacy several weeks later only to learn that that item had been still out of stock, I used that six-digit number to order that item from the CVS website. I ordered three nail files so that I would receive a fourth nail file for free.My four nail files arrived the following day. Then, several weeks later, for no obvious reason, I received four additional nail files [for which I had not been charged] so I am viewing that additional package of nail files as a bonus.

I'm shocked to see such negative comments. It's at a least as good as any other cvs, and larger than the one closer to my home.
