Whoever the new manager is was VERY unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location which is a shame since it’s so close to me. Tried to go to the store Saturday and the store wasn’t even open !!! Ridiculous

I’ve been using Cosmo Prof as my supplier the past seven years. More recently I’ve noticed that Cosmo prof has been failing to restock their color, resulting in me not being able to stay stocked in the color I need for my business. This is the second time this week that I have gone to one of the supply houses and they have randomly been closed. Sad to say cosmoprof has now officially lost a loyal customer.Looks like it’s time to switch my color line and start using SalonCentric

This is a beautiful, professional Beauty Supply House serving The Licensed Beauty Professionals in the surrounding area. This is my favorite location for many years.The store is laid out nicely and the staff is very, very helpful.Professionals can take classes here for Continuing Education for the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board as well.

Cheryl is amazing! She has been at this location since I’ve been in school and now own a salon. The entire staff has been nice and friendly but Cheryl has gone above and beyond for me- offered to call other stores and locate what I wanted if it was out of stock. She’s truly a pleasure and I’ve always had a good experience shopping here. This is the only location I go to. -Caitlin (Mission Salon)
