“Was surprised they actually had some larger sizes in stock. Made for better shopping for my child. One of the staff was helpful in figuring out a sizing issue. The one employee working the dressing rooms gave my child a nice compliment. Unfortunately, they did not have the size I needed in stock. The staff working the register could not get my Old Navy card to work through their swiper, so checkout took longer than necessary (and they missed one of the security tags, they apologized, but it was not a big deal).”

“If y’all are skipping out on DFWH, you are paying way too much for clothes. I busted out of there with 2 pairs of jeans and 3 tops for $50. FIFTY DOLLARS! Staff are always super friendly and I prefer this location over all of them for the cleanliness and selection.”
“My husband and I recently shopped two weekends in a row at Penneys and were pleased with the selection, value and sales you had going on. It brought back memories of earlier happier times in life, and the way it is decorated for Christmas really puts us in the mood to shop. I also love your jewelry selection. I prefer your store over Kohl's which is too "plastic" and lacks great selection. Please don't go. Hopefully with a new government administration the economy will pick up and things will improve.”

“IT WAS AN EMERGENCY!!!!!! One of my flip-flops broke ? I absolutely had to get to Old Navy ASAP!! I will only buy my flip-flops from Old Navy, and have been for the past 20 years. Of course I couldn't only walk out with just flip flops. My annoyed husband, even wound up finding a few things for himself...... aaaaaannnnnddd he wasn't annoyed with my emergency mission (that I made him come with me on) by the time we left the store.All around win. The staff thought it was hilarious.”
“I normally don’t review, but I was looking up their store hours and saw the reviews, so I wanted to drop in and say I shop at this specific Carters A LOT! I was so excited when they opened a Hilliard location, and EVERY time I go in, I am always greeted with a friendly smile! One of the managers I believe Mollie is a true gem! I have 3 boys and last week I was in getting some clothes for summer and she jumped right in and was helping me order the sizes I need online because they were not in stock in the store. This store is honestly one of the cleanest well put together one I’ve been to. Always great deals, great clothes, and great customer service!!”
“Review edit as of 9/19:I spoke with the district manager and had a wonderful conversation. He apologized, understood, and did everything he could to make it right. Excellent customer service.I went into the store to get my items today that had been processed and spoke with the store manager, Tori. She also apologized and said if I ever had trouble again to please have someone get her and bring it to her attention.Owning up to issues and handling them is what a customer is looking for. Thank you both for remedying the situation.I’ve been coming here for years, and just in the past year it’s gone downhill terribly.I called ahead and asked if they were taking items, loaded everything up and drove over, just for them to tell me they’re not taking anything and too full. Frustrating to say the least.Then I finally found a time they would take my items. Sold a decent amount of things, but realized a part of a costume was in my “passing” items. I asked where the rest of the costume was since it wasn’t in either of my bins (buying or passing). The girl in charge said my bag was likely overflowing and it’s not their problem. I have been selling here for 5 years, I know not to make them too full. So my costume is likely floating around in someone else’s bag and I didn’t get paid for it, or receive it back. She was rude, didn’t offer a solution, or even attempt to fix it. If you want to sell clothes here, just drive a little further and go to the Sawmill location. Their customer experience is much better.”
“I just recently started shopping here as I am a new(ish) mom to a 1 income household. The staff is always helpful and friendly and love seeing my little one! I always find cute clothes that are new or barely worn for a great price! They always have a vast selection of toys and books as well. I like how this location has their toys accessible to my little one so I can see what she gravitates towards and end up purchasing (some locations have toys up on shelves so that children can't play with them)All OUAC locations offer bags for purchase or you can bring your own bag in.For sellers - this location ask that you call ahead before trying to bring items to sell and are allowing 1 bin/box of items to be dropped off at a time with a few days turn around.”
“I love shopping here! I'm really only posting because I saw all the negative comments and reviews and I just want to say this is my favorite place to shop. The staff is friendly, it's clean and organized. The items are high quality. Here's the thing, a lot of the negative reviews are people trying to give things away or "donate". This isn't a charity, it's not a place to donate. They sell quality items because they only accept good stuff, not whatever random crap people bring. That's what makes it a quality store. I love coming here and will continue to do so.”
“I have been to many second hand and consignment shops before and always felt like the owners were trying to give little or nothing for the items brought in. I was Pleasantly Surprised to learn this was not the case at this store. Fair value for quality resealable items, very clean and well organized store. Definitely did not feel like a rummage sale. Very much the opposite! I like looking for the hard to find items and when a store is neat and organized it so much more enjoyable. Thanks”
