Ok, I get it, this is a small branch office of the largest bank in the US. But before you turn away thinking, "too big, too impersonal, not for me," check them out because that was the same mistake I made for years... and they are right down the street from me.
First off, it's easy to get things done here precisely because it's a small branch. Most days you can walk in and knock out just about anything without waiting. (As is true of anyplace, if you have a task that requires a bank officer and not just a teller, call and make an appointment.)
Whoever is doing the hiring has been hitting home runs. Joseph and Olga at the front counter are good natured, patient and helpful. Steve in banking is really down to earth, has years of experience, and doesn't rush you (but will rush *for* you if you are in a hurry). Robby in Private Banking doesn't limit himself to Private Clients only but will step up so you don't have to wait - even if you are a just regular customer like me (Chase offers Private Client status and services to people who open a JP Morgan investment account and use their advisor services with $250k and up. I like the program perks but have no use for an advisor, so I don't use the service. If they ever drop the requirement for using their advisors, I'd be inclined to opt in. I have to imagine a lot of others would as well, Chase.)
So, here's this little branch office of a massive bank but it offers everything, delivers on service, and has some of the best people you could hope to work with. Big bank service at a corner bank? Honestly, I should have come here when they first opened.
Super easy access from Lane Avenue. Plenty of parking with exits on Lane and North Star. Drive through teller. ATM. Handicap accessible. Amazon locker in breezeway.

This branch is so great! Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. Also, they are dog friendly as they are quick to offer treats whether we are going inside or using the drive-thru.

Olga (W Lane branch) was very helpful and responsive to all our requests. The transactions we’ve asked to process were made quickly and accurately.Additionally, with many Ukrainians in town she (originally from Ukraine) would be a great help if English is your second language

The people at the bank were super friendly, worked fast, and always had a smile on their faces. Best experience I've had at a bank.

Walked into this branch and asked for 50k cash having 100s of thousands with the bank. They said they could get it for me in a week and could only give me 10k. Scary.

I wanted to cash a check and I'm here to say they young man gave great old fashioned high quality customer service. I used the drive through and right away he told me to pull up a bit so his drawer did not hit my side mirror. Then, according to policy, I'm sure, he confirmed my identity two ways. All the while, very kind and patient. I'll visit this branch again because this is the way I want to be treated and addressed.

Campus location opens up over 10,000 new accounts and this location does 10% of that. Don't waste your time anywhere else but here! Great service and QUICK

I visit this branch frequently and I'm very pleased by the level of customer service I receive here! I've never had any issues with banking here and the online banking option is by far the most convenient also :)

Smiles and very pleasant greetings and fresh coffee as soon as you walk into this very safe and very clean bank -- what could be possibly better to break up your stressful day? The personal banker always try to assist you (even if you are not a private, wealth client) -- and there is usually no line during low times of the day! The electronic kiosk is also very awesome as well -- and extremely usuable -- the assistants in the bank are always very helpful to assist in the transaction -- especially since future use definitely makes the bank run smoother! Keep up the outstanding work in this very convenient location -- have a super summer!
