Wonderful salon & staff. Friendly, efficient, and professional. Sophia is so kind and did a fantastic job on my manicure! The polish ( not gel) lasted almost 3 weeks on my naturalnails, which never happens when I do them myself. I'm very impressed!
Their pedicures are the best in Upper Arlington , also.

This was my first time at this spa. I had multiple fingers with my cuticles bleeding, the appt was rushed and I did not have a good customer service experience. I am worried about my fingers being infected, the finger that was actively bleeding was dipped in the dip powder, even though I recommended skipping that finger due to sanitary reasons for other customers. I was generous to leave a tip for my technician and never write reviews but I had to this time. I am waiting on a returned phone call from the spas manager.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had. Went in for a pedicure and the lady told me I had an ingrown toenail (which I didn’t). She proceeded to dig into my toe which resulted in an infection. I was put on antibiotics by my doctor and when i called to ask for a refund I was told I had to come back to let them look at it. When I came back they told me that it was “normal” and that the only thing they could offer me was another free pedicure. As if I would want to come back???? Terrible service and even more terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend.

Such an UN-SANITARY place to get your nails done. I went on 1/20/24, Saturday and over heard a young lady complain about getting an infection that sent her to the hospital and to get on antibiotic. She pleaded with two of the nail techs for her money back and they said no and denied their involvement in how she got a toe infection. A few days later after I was at the nail salon I got big blisters that turned into an infection on three of my toes from a pedicure I got there a few days prior. I went back and spoke with the owner, she got combative and denied that I got the infection from a pedicure I had from her salon. The lady that did my nails came over to us and looked at my toes and heartlessly said she did not cause the infection and lied and said she didn't cut my toe nail! I felt like the two nail techs including the owner did not care AT ALL what I was explaining to them. I told them I would report the incident to the health department that it not only happened to me but to another young lady the SAME DAY! I was there. They told to go ahead. I would never come back to this salon under the same ownership. They prove that their salon is dirty, unsanitary and they do not care to fix the problem.

Decided to trip a little road trip to the North side. Ended up at 168 Nail Shop. The shop is very clean, spotless! I'm not sure what his name is, but he gave me an awesome foot/leg massage. My toes look great. Thank you!

Toni is the BEST! If you go to 168, get an appointment with Toni. She is focused, careful, and engaged. The reason I gave a 4 stars is because Toni was busy and I had to be with another lady. She was rushing the process a lot. Also, if you like to get dip, this is the place to go!

Yes I am giving this 5⭐️’s!! The atmosphere here is awesome! Pedicures are the best in Columbus! Everyone is so nice and welcoming it deserves a great review I’ve been coming here for almost two years!

I will never visit your establishment again. On this day I went for a pedicure and a manicure. For the manicure, I got the basic package; however, the nail tech did not trim my cuticles. I am not sure if that is not part of the basic package or if I would have to upgrade to have my cuticles trimmed. So, all I got was a polish change, a barely scrub on the bottom of my foot, and a warm towel wrapped around my leg. I think I could have done that at home. To smooth the surface of my nail bed, the technician used an electronic tool. I didn't appreciate that nor was I given the option. Now my nail beds are low for both my fingers and toes. SMH

I have gone here since they opened, but will not go back. Twice I have been cut, way too rough. They would not refund me, only wanted to schedule for complimentary pedi. Not acceptable.Service: Pedicure
