Had to drop off a return and realized I left the label at home. Counter staff was extremely helpful and able to get my label printed for a reasonable fee and got me in and out in less than three minutes.

Excellent counter service and advice. Shipping large box to Seattle. Packing was perfect and above what I expected. Everything ( many fragile items) arrived intact. I was very pleased. Thank you.

Great location. Employees aren’t nice nor inviting. They aren’t nice people in the sense that they don’t go out of their way or lift an extra finger if they don’t need to. Rude.
There is nothing to follow about. They are who they are.

Nice manager but company seems to be involved in a scam where they take funds to overnight shipments that do not arrive on time and then subject customers to a never ending wild goose chase to retrieve funds. I wonder how many 100 dollar transactions to ship fail to arrive on time and how many times the company or these stores incur a benefit by keeping the money from the failed transaction. This is the second time this has happened by the way with UPS.

I went to this location today after going to the location on Mayfield and Richmond the last two times. The assistant manager helped me and she was nice friendly, helped me return my item. I was happy. Sometimes returning items on Amazon is difficult. Mayfield will not help you. The University Hts store was clean, the mgr was happy to help and I wanted to tipher. Thanks so much!!

My recent experience at UPS was notably enhanced by Bernard's exceptional service. Initially unaware that he was the store manager, I was impressed by his professionalism and dedication throughout our interaction. Bernard's competency and goal-oriented approach, coupled with his genuine commitment to customer service, were evident in every aspect of our transaction. His caliber of leadership is exactly what any entrepreneur would value in a manager. Discovering he was the store manager came as no surprise by the end of our encounter, a testament to his exceptional service standards. I'd highly recommend using this UPS store.
