Worst bank ever!!!!! Sat for 30 mins with no service. All their workers are lazy! They had one teller that talked with a gentleman about life the whole time and the others sat in the back doing nothing.

Awful. It’s astounding that banks think going virtual is good for customer service lol. No wonder people would rather put their $$$ in bitcoin over a bank. PNC has gone so so downhill with these changes. I’m wondering who’s genius idea it was to basically have a shell of a branch now and just atms that barely work lol. Do better PNC.

Horrible bank. Awful service. I’ve been with PNC for over 14 years. It’s been great - until the last few years. The banks? No tellers. Had a yard sale last year - good luck getting change. However, the real issue has taken place over 8 days. I needed to do a domestic wire after the sale of my home to put the proceeds on the new home. Couldn’t do it online, too much money. Okay - called. Initiated over the phone - twice. Both times disconnected and no call back.Since no way to print the forms at home (not available online) I arranged to go in to the bank. Which you have to do bc they don’t have Nyone there regularly I guess. They called and canceled the day before, booked me for a time I wasn’t able to do and had to reschedule again. Go in. I was told on phone I needed my drivers license, nothing else. But you need TWO forms of ID (even though if you do it over the phone you only need one). Woman called the online number and they emailed the forms, because she didn’t have them at the bank. No instructions, and I have to print the forms (why she didn’t print them no idea). Oh, and you don’t get a confirmation of it going through. You just “watch for the money to leave your account.” This has now cost me almost a grand as I wasn’t able to do the transfer in time to recast my loan and that grand really realllly hurts. Getting my money out of there as soon as possible.

I want to thank Donna who assisted me yesterday with the new video banking system. I had a lot of checks to deposit, and she guided me through the entire process; my (video) teller, Keonte (in Alabama) was also very nice. I could tell customers were quite stressed about the changes, but Donna remained professional and friendly; great customer service.

Avoid this branch. The employee, who was apparently visiting from another branch on a Saturday, could not do a simple task right.

We have been using National City, now PNC, for 22 years. We were given no notice that the bank was moving to an ATM only model and I drove up to find no tellers and the teller windows drywalled up. The closest branch is now 15 minutes away in either direction. When I went to one of the closest locations now and explained to an associate that we were given no notice, she insisted twice that we were mailed a notice. We don’t receive a paper statement, so we would’ve noticed any communication from the bank.

I've never been thrilled with PNC but this branch has always been able to provide the services needed for a business account at minimal inconvenience. Today I went in to address three items and I was told that they were now a "Solution Center" and unable to actually provide solutions to the three things that I needed to accomplish -- instead sending me to a branch 15 minutes further away. Passing no fewer than 6 full service branches from other banks along the way... Seems like I finally have a good enough reason to move this account to a bank that actually, you know, provides banking services at a convenient location?.

This branch is getting rid of physical tellers and exchanging them for this very inconvenient video teller system. If you, like me, have a hard time standing for very long times, it is very inconvenient to try to feed all of your IDs and transaction information into a dispenser. Very inconvenient for people who are physically challenged. Besides, I needed someone to assist me with all of the questions being asked, so it would’ve been just simpler to have a physical teller.I was just trying to cash a check. I won’t be returning to this branch.

I give it nothing I was at the atm I would let deposit cash so went inside worst Miele I could have ever done. I never go inside banks but when I arrived inside two of the were talking so I stood there I didn’t mind but when the rude teller that’s sit on the left said can help you she had crumbs and food particularly all over her face desk disgusting. Then when I asked I was trying to deposit money in the atm she says ok annnd so I’d rather deposit in here after that she started to just be very nasty and rude because I didn’t write my card number down correctly
