The lady with the accent, that usually sits at the far left, thinks everything is suspicious and asks me lots of questions every time I come in there. She needs to realize that people have different bank accounts. I am depositing money because this is not my main bank account and my main is a digital bank where I can’t make deposits. That’s why there’s no money in it.I barely use this account. Yes I have a source of income. I’m not poor. Even if I was poor you’re allowed to have a bank account and make deposits when you’re poor. Yes I have income though. And my bills have been paid. Why this was a question mark to her is pretty weird. Is that a requirement? No so why ask and embarrass someone. What if I was poor? So the solution would be to embarrass me? The fact that she tried to put me on blast in front of everybody like I’m broke is crazy. 3rd time with her. I, have, another, bank, account. Hello? I hope she finds her little giggles from this review. Since she found it funny that my account had $2 in it. I keep that in there to keep it open in case I need to deposit money and access it digitally. Happy black history month.

Really bad experience with the branch manager Jason McGee he was very rude and short with me when I came to get some paperwork notarized. I will not be returning to this location although the tellers are extremely pleasant the branch manager wasn’t pleasant or helpful

If i could give 0 stars trust me I would!!!! My mom tried to cash a check once and said she couldn’t because the lady was asking to many questions about what kind of check that was and if she was sure that it was hers but I thought maybe she couldn’t explain herself because she’s still learning English so, one day she needed to take some money out of her account to pay some bills it wasn’t even that much and i came with her to translate And the lady was extremely rude asking all this questions what we needed the money for and all that! I thought it might be normal but when she asked my mom for her ID and my mom started looking for it in her purse She said “We don’t accept any Id’s from Mexico just so you know” I don’t know her name but it was a big red head lady!! Worst experience ever, we immediately went to another location!!

The manager Jason McGhee is rude and unwilling to assist customers. When I was dissatisfied with his unwillingness to assist me, after being told by customer service that he was who I needed to speak with for assistance, he refused to give me the number to his regional manager/supervisor. I have been a customer of this branch for almost 20 years, however this experience has made me second guess where I should keep my money. Very disappointed and aggravated!

Went to open a business account and Jason could not open it. He confused his air of superiority and confidence with knowledge. Did not know IRS rules for an EIN S-corp. Arrogant and belittling. No wonder I left Key a long time ago and he just reminded me why I should not go back. You want a male Karen, then go see Jason.

Have been to bank twice both times I meet with the branch manager. Both times he came off as demeaning and disrespectful. He did not try to solve my problems instead just turned me away and basically claimed it was not his problem. As a young adult I don't know if he just didn't take me seriously because I am young but either way it shouldn't matter. I closed my account with KeyBank due to these past interaction. I ended up going to the downtown Cleveland location where I was treated with much more respect and they were able to help. Obviously KeyBank wants employees that embody their company and their values and the teller at the downtown location exemplified these values but very disappointed in my multiple interactions with the branch manager at the University Heights location.

I work for a company that requires a lot of coin change and usually go to key banks to acquire what coin I need , they ask if I have an account and I do have a $25,000 car loan through them but the lady said ‘ well it's not an account ‘ but I can today , really !!! Ok well your bank will never be used for a loan , account or anything like that in the future ..

Just being lied to that I cannot file disputes regarding a charge at this branch and kicked out of the branch when they told me they were supposed to be closing while they have other customers in line. Terrible experience!

I've been coming to this branch for years and never had any issues. The lines have never been very long and the staff has been great! I've had many things notarized with only a quick flash of my key card and enjoyed some nice conversations while going through that process. This KeyBank branch reflects well on the company and I look forward to staying with this bank for many years to come!

Never had any bad experience at this Key. I find it surprising because I don't really like anything in this area, but here the tellers are friendly.
