School needs to learn how to communicate - although upper leadership doesn't respond so it's understandable other staff doesn't respond. Once they have your money they don't care.

I recently got into a situation with the bookstore. I bought an order from the bookstore and six days later I emailed the bookstore to process a return. Since they have no weekend hours and they have unflexible hours. They did not send me an email and I made numerous attempts to contact them. I finally did not hear back from them until the deadline was up because I had to wait to specifically talk to a manager. They also said that communications was down due to recent weather. So all in all, eventhough I made every possible attempt to contact them within reasonable time they still took no responsibility for their lack of technology and customer service skills. Poor service. Very poor. But no one else to my knowledge treats people and students the way the bookstore managers do.
