“I want to thank Donna who assisted me yesterday with the new video banking system. I had a lot of checks to deposit, and she guided me through the entire process; my (video) teller, Keonte (in Alabama) was also very nice. I could tell customers were quite stressed about the changes, but Donna remained professional and friendly; great customer service.”
