Try to avoid. This place really messed up mine and my husband's (he was my boyfriend at the time so we filed separately) in 2022. We're still paying for their mistakes two years later. They didn't send in the money I had to pay for my state taxes and they didn't send in either of our RITAs, which they never told us we had to print out and send, just that it was handled. Don't trust this place to handle your taxes. It's way more work on your end in the long run and you pay them more than it's worth for them to mess everything up.

Great person Letticia did my taxes. The very best!! Lady at the desk very professional too. Rates for preparing taxes is too high, especially when it comes to taking up your refund. $275 is steep to me. I'm retired.

Yan is very knowledgeable about when it comes to self employment and running a businesses. He explains everything very well and takes his time with you and answer all your questions. With Walking in and feeling nervous about not being aware and knowledgeable of what all you can deduct and include from your business and side hustles. After sitting with Yan you feel more calm, confident, and have more knowledge about your business profits and loss. If you have a business and also does side hustles such as instacart, Uber, lyft, 1099 forms. He is the person to go to. Very nice man. Highly recommended!

Called to book an appointment and all I can say is it was a typical exchange from a black woman; nasty attitude, impatient, rude & unprofessional. I try my best to avoid conversations with black women working in customer service but unfortunately, I had no choice in this matter. I will find somewhere operated by whites, they are typically professional and courteous.
