They try hard to satisfy their customers. The Dryers work very well. They've fixed most of the out of order machines which is a definitely plus. The attendants are very attentive. The have great customer service. So far so good. I haven't had a problem. Anything I've asked them about they were able to provide a satisfactory answer. Going there when they are less people washing clothes is the best experience.

I like Heights Laundry. So, I only been here a couple of times. I will point out the bad first, that's the parking sucks bad. I know that this is a common complaint. I think a couple of top load washers would be nice for really soiled clothes.The rest is good, the machines are clean, plenty of places to sit, bright and easy to see inside. I like the card readers on the machines, that's real convenient. The dryers are free.

The handle on the toilet in the women's bathroom has been broken for over 2 years. It would be nice if they replaced this.

The Laundromat was clean, the dryers are free, and everything came nice and clean. So why one star? Because the attendant went through while all my stuff was drying and cleaned the lint traps. Why is this an issue? Because when you open the lint trap the dryer shuts off and then you have to push high, medium, or low to start it again. And miss too busy to pay attention just went and pushed high for ALL my dryers including the two that had my fleece unhide blankets in them. I had those blankets on LOW and she put them on HIGH so 7 unhide which are $60 each got scorched and ruined, plus a fleece and felt blanket my deceased mom made my son when he was a baby, and a large fleece comforter. I had no idea she changed the heat on my dryers until I saw her do it on two that I had just started on medium and then I ran to the ones with my fleeces and they were on high but it was too late and all the blankets were scorched.No way to safely confront the attendant, she was loud and abrasive and SHOUTING at people who even talked loud on their phones, and threatening people that she would make them leave because their kids were watching cartoons on their phones and you could kinda hear the sound if you got close enough to the kids.Thanks for ruining all my blankets.

Ample seating, free dryers, lots of washers & free WiFi. Very clean and has books for kids as well has vending machines

Important : The dryers are FREE !!I haven't been to a laundromat for a few years and the prices seemed high ($4.50 a normal wash load, $10 for an extra large washer) until I realized the dryers were free! You just have to reset the dryers on their time every 20 minutes on high heat or every 10 minutes if on medium or low heat.I will definitely go out of my way to come back to this laundromat. SUPER clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff, spacious, and a strict phone on silent policy ! Nice ! Appreciate you !!!

Laundry was good. Gumball machine is absolutely fantastic! Would recommend going and checking out the gumball machine.

Do not!!! waste your money in this laundry mess mat!!! There are as of yesterday at least 9 machines that do not work and it’s been like that for months!!! The hot water cycle is cold!!! And every time I go to dry my clothes I have to clean the lint trap!!! that is full of nasty hair and lint!!!! The place needs a complete overhaul the inside is not pleasant and the parking area always has trash in it. I was there a few weeks ago and I believe that was the owner there and of course he was just there to collect the money!! Such a shame as this is the only laundromat in this suburb area.GO TO:Speed Cycle Express Laundromat6135 Mayfield Rd. (Only 10 mins from this location).They are clean, all machines work, water is hot and staff is friendly and helpful!!!
