Don’t bother. I’ve been here three times and each time the staff has been extremely rude. The hours listed online say it closes at 8 p.m. We walked in (for the last time) at 5:45 p.m. today and were rudely greeted at the door with an employee saying “we close in 15 minutes!” We watched multiple people try to go in and were confused as to why they say they are open until 8 yet closing at 6. Get it together Goodwill. Awful customer service.

Tried on a beautiful skirt, literally in love with it. Somehow the tag fell off before we got to the register and we didn't know. Instead of giving us the opportunity to check the fitting room or anything, the lady just put it up behind her and said she couldn't sell it to me. I asked if a manager could price check it and she said they can, but they wouldn't put it back on the floor until tomorrow! Literally so disappointed. I wanted that skirt and felt like it was rude to just put it away before saying anything or giving me a chance to get the tag.

I love thrifting, and this goodwill has been hit or miss sometimes shelves are full of goodies sometimes nothing. My biggest suggestion is to keep the try on rooms open at all times so people can try clothes rather than waiting for sometimes for staff member to show up and unlock. People are nice and helpful when the store is not busy.

I had a good experience. The guy unloading my car was friendly and helpful. He did not offer a tax form though....I had 2 car loads of descent items all in good condition. However, I really wasn't going to claim on my taxes but I feel he SHOULD have asked me .....lot of things still had tags on them still and never used....

I really enjoyed myself when I shop at goodwill however… the prices at the cedar store is higher than the mayfield heights store so I switched locations and now shopping at the mayfield heights store.

Prices are to high when people give them this stuff..might as well just go put a couple more dollars with it and buy it brand new.. I don’t donate to them anymore I give my stuff to the Veterans

I've made donations on numerous occasions, but today the lady who collected items from my trunk was very rude. Also she used very expletive language to woman smoking a cigarette at donation location. It has previously been handled professionally, but not today. She didn't even offer me a receipt.

Currently terrible. Someone recommended u go here and I'm not sure why. Was not impressed, lots of clothes that belonged in the trash and anything decent was overpriced. Won't try this location again.

It always amazes me how they price things. I’ve literally seen them keep a retail sticker on an item and ask for more than what the retailer did. Just seems greedy and takes the fun out of thrift shopping.

It's your topical Goodwill store. It has everything from women's, men's, and children's Cloths to furniture, cookware, art and books.This store in specific is clean and has a very welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very good service and the staff is friendly other than when I needed a guy to come out the back to help me carry a TV they were busy so I said well if I get it off the shelf and drop it it's okay
