“Went to 5 below looking for beverage dispenser and I found exactly what I was looking for....just not enough of them! I purchased 5 dispensers; would have like to purchase 6, but I'll work it out for $5! Self checkout was easy. Didn’t like the shopping cart with the extra tall pole to prevent you from taking the cart out the store, but thats minor.”

“Had bought a box fan that wouldn't work out of the box. I lost the receipt and expected to be stuck with it. Luckily I used my Ollie's membership when I originally bought it. Easy peasy they looked up my receipt and did the exchange for a new fan. Great customer service!”
“I like Big Lots. They have a wide variety of items. A little mad cause they don't carry the coffee I use to buy, but the other brands are still a little cheaper then the grocery stores. They have a nice variety of furniture and have a company that delivers for them.”

“I haven't been at this location for a few years. I was so pleased with the overall appearance and product availability. The produce is the first thing you see on the way in. The selection was good and tidy. There was only one cashier though, I think there should be at least 2. I'll go again and hopefully it will be a good experience as well.”

“I frequent this store. Every time I visit, the staff are pleasant. The line moves quickly. Most of the time, I am able to get everything I stopped in for. You can't beat the prices. Lately, some of the freezers have been broke down, so there are limited frozen products. I find they are typically organized, but during holiday season, it can be less so. I do not ever buy produce there. It never looks as good as the local market to me, so I just stick to the market.”

“I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. ? “Michelle went above and beyond to find some plastic gift wrap bags for me! After pointing me in the direction of where they should be in the store, I went to look but they didn’t have any. As I was getting ready to give up and thought I’d have to try a different store, Michelle came found me with an unopened box that hadn’t made it to the floor yet. She could have just let it go because there were other things for her to do, but she chose to do the extra. AND she was so kind and friendly, not only to me but to all the customers I saw her engage with. THANK YOU MICHELLE!”
