I give the pharmacy 5 they are always helpful and really fast. The actual store however really doesn’t deserve a 1 start the workers don’t work nor do they show any customer service which I might add is their job as a cashier or store attendant. Today I experience a woman named Karen who ignored me as I asked for help 4 times at the self checkout because no employees were to be found to check me out at the register. It took the 5th time of me walking up to her. Mind you I e worked in customer service and trained people for a living on customer service so I make it my aim to stay calm and respectful as this often diffuses a situation, however Karen clearly could care less and hates her job. She came from the back saw us standing there went to the counter and began fumbling with some boxes. When she finally came over she never opened her mouth to say anything she stood in front of me with the machine. My coupons did not come off of my purchase and as I was mentioning to her the coupons didn’t come she was already walking away from me and proceeded to say well if you just clipped them they won’t come off. I let her know I did them a little while ago and instead of helping me she hit finish and pay on my screen and walked away again. I let her know she could cancel the whole transaction and I took my leave. If I were you go to a different cvs to shop we have several others in the area with much better staffing.

I had a great experience at this CVS. The manager Shuaib was truly on point. He was sure to greet us customers as we came in. He was very patient, attentive and kind. Customer service is very important to me. I would definitely return in the future.

This pharmacy drive through is THE Worst! So unbelievably slow. I got in line behind one other person the moment the pharmacy hours started and was stuck between people for 40 minutes before I was able to get out of the line at all. I should have known better as this line is always impossibly slow. Tried calling into the store to see what was going on and no one answered.. and yes the store is open! It’s not a holiday. They should just close this location.After finally getting out of the line - I went into the store to ask what the deal was. The pharmacist is late to work!!! That about sums it up. Worst location in the area.

Unfortunately on Thanksgiving 2023 my son went to this store to get my husband some medicine because he wasn’t feeling well. He is 17 and was unable to purchase the medicine so he came home and picked up his brother who is 22. When they walked in together Joanna, the manager, refused to sell them the medicine. She didn’t even ask my oldest son to see his id. I had to leave my kitchen to go to CVS to purchase the medicine myself. I understand the caution with people overdosing but to not even ask for my second son’s identification and refuse selling to him was ridiculous and offensive. I’m saddened to think it was racial profiling because I can’t imagine 2 sibling of another race being turned away for purchasing medicine for their father and having to drive back home to get their mother. Joanna really thought her decision was valid and allowable. We are highly offended by CVS’ customer service towards our sons. Deplorable.

I went inside for packing tape, since this location is beside a UPS store. They literally only sold duct tape and painters tape, and I had to track someone down in the store to check me out. Kind of the worst CVS I’ve ever been in … sorry

Good service better than the other cvs a block away. The drive thru is usually pretty good. I pick up most of my family’s medications from this location. Thanks you for being around for us.I highly remembered recommend you guys to everyone in the neighborhood. Wish they would be open for 24 hours a day it would make it better than it is.Thank you for your service I enjoy this location for all my needs.

No wonder this location has a 1.9 rate. Cause Donna the manager will yell at you and act rude towards you when you are the one who lost a 500$ worth package at CVS.My package was delivered according to UPS and handed to whoever name Apple that Donna denied she works there at first for some reason then got on the phone with someone and started saying how she needs an answer for my package so I leave the store. I put CVS for delivery location so it doesn’t get stolen at my address to find out I probably should’ve just had it delivered to me instead. She won’t even hear what’s happening she will just give the rudest and meanest look ever and talk to you like she hates her job. Then leave and retire if you can’t handle people money.
