This bank cannot be trusted. I have an IRA account with them, and they keep on withdrawing funds from it and sending me monthly checks. Asked them to stop numerous times, contacted on Facebook and in person, all falls on deaf ears, and the monthly checks continue. This is done without my knowledge or consent. Smh. I will definitely move my funds elsewhere but it takes time, and meanwhile the monthly checks continue. I don’t recommend Citizens bank to anyone. Stay away.

I would give zero stars if I could, I would not recommend this location to any one looking to bank‼️I was told when I signed up that i would be able to access my Zelle the next day. My Zelle was not accessible the next day and I even called the customer service line and still did not receive help. There was constant eye rolling and attitudes when I went up to the branch trying to receive help. I highly suggest baking anywhere else you can.

Last time i went to do a deposit...it was temporarily closed due to investment updates to the structure/redecorating...i wonder...is the bank up and running again? I really have to make a quick deposit

They don’t offer a service to print void checks for direct deposit slips. Other than that, their online banking isn’t secured, and their app is not good, either. Very inconvenient customer service.

Came in Tuesday to meet with someone, had to schedule for Wednesday. Was running late, tried to call, it rang and rang until I walked in the door. Wanted me to reschedule as they were meeting with someone else. Pick up your phone or don't give away an appointment for the first 15 minutes, like geeze, even doctor's offices do that.

I was in the branch today and they're busy with just 2 tellers. One of the tellers asked a man for help to retrieve something. He said he doesn't know where it is. She told him exactly where the item is. The man yelled at her that he doesn't know where the time is and when she is free she can get it. The lobby and drive thru lines are long with only 2 tellers and he was just rude.

not terrible service I did not like this bank at all, I had a lot of difficulties calling customer service and I just needed help to download the application on my phone they made me a lot of questions for nothing so they told me to go to a bank branch, it took me about an hour for them to answer me and they told me to go to the bank it doesn't seem fair that you can't h do nothing lousy service honestly

I just left this branch and had the worst experience at any bank ever! I have been with citizens since 2002 when it was charter one bank. I actually started my accounting career at charter one bank. I went in to do an international transfer and was profiled by Branden as soon as I sat down. I am an African American female. He asked me a ton of questions about what i am buying, I told him what I was buying, he then kept asking more and more questions. I was made to feel as if I was purchasing something illegal. He lied and said he needed to get his wire book from the back, he went to discuss my wire transfer with several other workers, who then came out to I guess check me out. Branden and Travis then came back to tell me that Branden was uncomfortable doing the transfer after he researched the company and he believed it to be a scam. I told him I do not and I have purchased from this company before. Instead of doing my wire transfer I was solicited by Travis for financial planning. I am an accountant by trade with over 20 years experience and most certainly do not need a worker to make financial decisions for me on behalf of MY MONEY! Needless to say I will most certainly be closing all my accounts with citizens!

This particular branch of Citizens bank has horrible customer service. At least a simple greeting such as welcome , someone will be with you shortly, etc. The personal bankers in the back have a unprofessional attitude.
