NEVER use Western Union if you are not physically going to a facility. DO NOT USE THIER ONLINE SERVICE OR MOBILE APP. They will find every reason to hold it for days. I suspect they do this to hundreds, maybe thousands of people. Most likely millions of dollars at any given time. It is a load of crap.
