It is ashame that the salespeople are so hard up for business that they use falsehoods to get business. Another big company that either can't control its employees or encourages them to get business at any cost. What ashame.

Great store to have your flooring installed. Mike is the manager and a great person to work with. Brian is a great salesman very knowledgeable about all of their products. They do everything the right way.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Terrible communication between store and customer. I had to call to find out when the flooring would be in, when it would get installed; no initiative on their partThere was no communication that the job would take multiple days. Installers also came without the necessary transition strips for flooring (they were never ordered). Installers were incredibly rude and threatened to leave because we were upset the job wouldn't be done and they didn't have all the required materials. Because transition strips had to be ordered it took an extra three weeks for the job to be finished, and of course I had to continuously follow up to find out when the materials would be in and they would be coming out to finish the job. And two months after the carpet was installed, it already started coming up so I had to fix their work. There may be places around with higher prices but it is well worth your money to avoid this store.
