Joe Bartholomew is a blessing to our family. He came into our lives just as we were walking away from the process of buying a home due to frustration. Joe was patient with us as we looked and looked for a home to fit our specific needs and wants for our family. Joe was always patient with our three young children. Went to an open house hosted by Nancy. Found her to be rude and very unprofessional. No greeting at all just ordered to sign in. Remax lost any chance of my business.

If you’re in need of a realtor Kristina Phillips from RE/MAX Trends Realty is amazing! Without hesitation she jumps in and starts the search for your dream home. She quickly schedules viewings and does her homework to give you as much information on the property as she can! She takes notes on your likes and dislikes and really listens to what’s important to you. Kristina even made herself available for the only 20 minutes she had left in her day to make sure we got to see our dream home and put an offer in before it was too late! We highly recommend using Kristina for all your future home and property buying needs!!!

Casey Roch has horrible communication issues. If I could put zero stars I would. My husband and I looked at a house with our own realtor and put in a offer. [Casey was representing the seller]. It was automatically accepted verbally by seller and was supposed to sign the contract two days later. The contract was never signed by the seller. Our Realtor was trying to get ahold of Casey and all he said was FEMA was involved but he had no other answers for us and would let us know when he had heard anything. Casey continuously avoided our Realtor for a month until I finally texted him and got a answer myself because we noticed this house we were interested in and verbally got the accepted offer [FHA] was pending. Casey told us the house sold for Cash Only but yet he failed to disclose that to us, so we were waiting on this house for a contract and never got one. Just got the run around.If FEMA was involved the house should have never been for sale on the market at all. They didn't disclose that to us until an offer was made. We have all the text messages and call log written down for our purposes as proof. This guy is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend him or his houses he's selling.

My husband and I were on the fence about renting vs. buying a home. We had never owned a home before, so we would be going through the process for the first time. We reached out to Greg and Stacie Stearn about our concerns and asked their opinion on whether to rent or buy in today's market. They were honest with us, telling us investing in a home would be more beneficial than renting, especially with the interest rates as low as they are right now. We did not feel pressured and felt comfortable asking them questions. Stacie helped us determine an appropriate price range and sent us a link to a beautiful home in the area that we love. From that day forward, we worked with Stacie on the entire home-buying process. She offered her recommendations for professionals like our lender and our home inspector. She was highly responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area. Stacie was wonderful about negotiating with the seller's agent on several items that needed attended to before closing. She was not afraid to be adamant and move things along in a timely manner with all parties. My husband and I feel confident and excited about moving into our first home thanks to Stacie. We felt very taken care of and reassured throughout the entire process. I would recommend Greg and Stacie Stearn to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

I was so greatful to work with Greg and the whole ReMax Trends team. Greg actually invested more time in us than just our sale. We reached out to him a year before we went onto the market because we didn't know what all was going to be involved in the sale process and what it would take to get our house ready for sale. After spending some time looking at our house and talking to us we decided to wait and spend the time getting our house ready right. There was no pressure from Greg and he was always willing to answer a quick question.Once we were finally ready to make our move Greg and his entire team were on board. They helped us make sure we had crossed off the last few important home prep items, took care of the entire listing process, helped manage open houses and appointments while we were out of town doing our own house hunting trip, sort through multiple offers and had our back through the entire negotiation and closing process. Greg and his team worked collaboratively through the whole process to keep us informed, relaxed (because there were plenty of nerves!) and confident that our house sale went according to plan. I only wish we could bring them with us to buy our next home! I highly recommend Greg Stearn for any home transaction!
