I enjoy going to the Lake YMCA because the people there are always friendly and everything is very clean! I like to run but not on a treadmill, so I like that they have the elevated track to run on. It's a happy place to be.

I’ve been a member at the Y for about 4 years now with no problems at this establishment. However, the workers recently have been becoming increasingly rude. I can see a drastic difference between my first visits to the Y and now. Most of the staff are super kind people, however, there’s those few that will ruin your day in an instant. Some of the workers need an attitude check this has been happening for too long now.

From the front desk to attendants and instructors, everyone is so cheerful and welcoming. Lake Community YMCA has everything you need for a great workout, plus you never need to wait long to use equipment because it isn't as crowded as other area Ys. 10/10 experience every time! Love the machines, indoor track, and swimming pool areas. Can't wait to return each time.

I went into this ymca as I did everyday when I was younger and the lady working at the reception desk was so rude and completely lacked empathy. She definitely was on a power trip and offered no help just criticism. She acted like she was working at Fort Knox when she is just a glorified door person for a family establishment.

A lady at the front desk this evening had a terrible attitude , and very poor manners . My family and I have paid for memberships for over 10 years to this establishment and are treated like garbage . She refused to allow my friend to buy a guest pass claiming he had to be with a member , after I bought a temporary membership. Aside from being turned away and losing business ,she was extremely disrespectful

I can’t even play basketball after school due to the freaking cheerleading team using a big court, then a school team, the cheerleaders can move their mats to the small courts. LET US HOOP
