Kristy, the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me commandeer medication that was hard to find. She called other pharmacies, followed up with me and demonstrated her willingness to care for her customers, go the extra mile and restore my faith in a healthcare system that’s broken.

Big guy in the glasses was apparently having a bad day. Didn't greet me, asked for my birthday twice, pointed at the card processor like I was an illegal alien, and was tight lipped when our transaction was over. I wasn't having the best day either, thanks for making it a little more irritating.

This pharmacy is horrible I have never had this much problems getting my medications before until I had to switch to this giant eagle every month it's some issue with either mine or my husband's meds and it is ridiculous it's the same stuff everytime and they have had us for almost a year now but still horrible. And the time I'll wait while they all stand there looking at me is unbelievable

My husband had eye surgery and needed two prescriptions filled for eyedrops. Giant Eagle in Green was the only pharmacy in the area that had one of the prescriptions but the clerk told me that it would take 24 hours to get it approved since the prescription was sent to another pharmacy. I explained to him that we had already been 24 hours post-surgery without having any eyedrops since we couldn’t locate a pharmacy that had the drops, and he told me he would do his best to fill the script sooner. An hour later he called us and said we could pick up the prescription! I was so grateful for their prompt customer service!

Over the years giant eagle has slowly changed all their generics to the cheapest possible offbrands all manufactured in India. It’s clear GIant Eagle values profit over quality, I’ve started switching my meds to CVS which has American made generics.

My mom came here to pick up her medicine, as she has done so for many years. She comes home to tell me of the horrible customer service that she received by a woman named Hailey, working the counter. She was very short, extremely rude, and did not ask all the proper questions that I know they are supposed to for verification and store perks. Not sure what is in the air or maybe its the holidays, but something needs to change in that department. My mom did not deserve the treatment that the lady had given her. Customer service skills definitely need some work!

One of the slowest pharmacies in the area. I despise coming here. 3 cars in the line in front of you? Better turn your car off to conserve gas and hope you brought some form of entertainment for the wait.

My mom called in 2 refills and told they would be ready next day. Two days later a text saying 1 medication ready. With the cost of gas wanted to pick both up together. 3 days later I called and was told 2nd medication not ready and I can pick up tomorrow. When mom complained they said can you pick up in an hour. If medication was there why on earth was it not ready in the first place. I know Giant Eagle doesn't care and will use Covid as an excuse.

I was given a script for amoxicillin (pink liquid) stuff for my puppy. She was 4 pounds. The vet didn't have the liquid in the office so gave me the script and said take here as this should only be 10 bucks or so. Drop the script. Wait. Get called up for pick up. The girl tells me...... wait for IT! $998.01. Yes boys and girls you read it correctly. Basically $1,000. I question how a medication that has been out for 40 yrs is so expensive, is there an alternative, if so what is it so I can call the vet and ask for something cheaper. The tech said- "who takes their kid to the vet when sick and why don't you have insurance?" I look at her and say, "it is a chihuahua ". I tell her I can't pay that much and she gets mad and says, "then why did you have us waste our time filling it?" I say if i had known I would not have had them fill it and walk away. I call the vet and he makes some calls and sends me to another vet who had some. I paid $30 for a 14 days supply.

This place is an absolute trainwreck of incompetence and mismanagement. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they either don't have a prescription ready that's been submitted for well over 24 hours, or they screw up my insurance, or argue with me about why my doctor is wrong (which he isn't, they just don't know the whole story and don't need to), lie to my face...I could literally write a book about why this dumpster fire should be shut down. Today was the last straw, we're moving everything to another pharmacy. Save yourself the headaches and stay FAR AWAY from this mess.
