I walked in, pointed out what I wanted for my clients property and they delivered and arranged it all the very next day. All I had left was to buy and arrange the rest of the Decor and bar stools. “Don't waste your time or money!! After paying $280 plus $50 for estimate my TV had a blue line in it and came on for ten hours. Called him and took it back in to be fixed AGAIN, went to pick it up and it had a crack in the bottom corner and he said we did it but it wasn't like that when we took it back in to fix it soooooo now it's unfixable!! Then he offered to take $100 off a TV he had and I'm like no it probably doesn't work!! So I'm out a 75 inch TV and over $500!!!!! That BBB sticker in his window is a joke!!! I'll be calling them Monday!!!”

“Laruen an Stephine are one of if not the best employees I have ever met. They helped me get what I needed because of my situation. They also went way above and beyond and helped me safely sucre my bed frame and mattress to my car (2017 Ford Focus) They offered to help me home to make sure I would be safe. They asked me to call them to make sure I got home safe. I don't know how long they have been working there and their pay status but if eligible both of them deserve a lot of recognition. They barely new me and went way out of there job description to help me. They are two unique people.”

“We switched from another company to T-Mobile a few years ago and have been more than delighted with the service we have received at the 30th St. store. Most recently my husband was having a few issues with his phone. The first rep we dealt with was Matt who tried cleaning unwanted junk out of the phone, made a few changes, answered several questions and sent us on our way hoping this would resolve the problem and save us the expense of a new phone. I appreciated his honesty and patience. Unfortunately the problem returned and off to 30th St. we went. This rep, Ryan was equally patient and extremely helpful. End result we bought a new phone. My husband and I are Senior citizens and not very tech savvy. Both young men explained things in a manner and speed we could comprehend. They both have been extremely helpful and represent the company very well It has been a pleasure doing business with T-Mobile.”
