Service has been good most of the time. Today it hasn’t been great. My appointment was at noon. I dropped my car off at noon. I told them I’d come back for it. They asked what time range I’d want it back by. I told them I had somewhere to be this evening, and I was informed it would be done between noon and 4. It is 4:10 now, and they just started working on it, and I still have 30 extra minutes. That’s extremely frustrating for me. I can understand that people get busy, and yes, they’ll take care of customers that are waiting on their car, but I don’t think it’s right to give me a time on my car, and then when I come back at the very latest they told me I’d would be done, and it’s just getting started.

I ordered tires online on Monday for a Thursday install. They immediately called me and said they don’t make the tires in the size I ordered. I did not pick the tires randomly. Conrad’s website picked compatible tires for me. They immediately called and told me about issue. I picked another tire. I recieved a call on Wednesday asking me to drop car off on Thursday instead of waiting. I’m was unable to do this because it’s the only car I have and have a 4 year old daughter that would be with me. They asked to reschedule. I said I would look elsewhere. They stated they didn’t want to lose my business. I said take a look at schedule and let me know either way. They never called back and recieved email of cancelled appointment. I took this day off work specifically to get car worked on. Congrads didn’t even have the courtesy to call like they said they would to cancel appointment. I recommend taking your car to Conrad’s if you went a chaotic place to get your car serviced with poor customer service and communication. I took my business to State Street tire and I recommend you do as well.

i have used Conrads in Medina for years with great experience. Unfortunately my most recent experience has lost us as a lifelong customer. I had service done on my wife's vehicle. The recommended a fuel system flush (I always follow their recommendations). I had it done. When I picked up the vehicle the "check engine light" was on. They said they forgot to hook something up and reconnected it. A couple of days later it came back on, then off, then back on again. Unfortunately, due to job change, Medina was no longer convenient for me so my wife took it to the Green location (close to her work). They said they couldn't help her and she had to take it back to Medina (visit one). I ended up speaking to the regional manager, Paul, who apologized and had us take it back to Green. They stated it needed another $600 of work (after spending $1000 at Medina). We had it done (vist #2) and the light came back on the next day with a ridiculous loud noise at start up. So, we took it back to Green for a third time. They state that one of the "attachments" to the sensor they replaced had come undone (after being told the noise was just the engine "relearning" how my wife drives...again, the loud noise only happened at start up; not while she was driving). They rehooked it back up. A few days later the check engine light came back on. I reached out to Paul who said he would call me back by the end of the day. He never did. Instead an employee at the Green location called me back two days later. They wanted me to bring it back in for a fourth time. The light continues to go on and off on its own after over $1600 in work. EXTREMELY disappointed. I will never use Conrad's again.

Great service they was able to get me right in while I was passing through and had a flat very fair priced and treated me very good I highly Recommend Conrad’s to anyone needing automotive services in this area!!

I hit a pothole on the expressway that flattened 1 tire. My tires are fairly new, so they were able to order just 1 tire. The employees are nice and helpful. It is a very busy location so you might have to wait a while.

For all the people please stop supporting this greedy corporation that doesn’t care about nothing but money ! I work in car business and our primary goal is to help people out, these people refuse to help an old lady that is stranded by the side of the road ! Refused to plug a tire that take 5 minutes to do and save her day but choose to say no and can’t do it till Monday ! People should look for more of a family oriented repair shop that its goal is to help local families and stop supporting these greedy business that can’t even hire good techs because no one want to work there , they only have C and D level techs there that are struggling to complete a brake job correctly

Today is a special day for me! I am free from the money guzzling, unethical, and sexist company that is Conrad’s. For 14 years I have been going to the Ellet & Green location because I so scared of change. I quit going to the Ellet location about 2 years ago after being yelled at by one of the guys because I wanted to walk to Artisan and get a coffee instead of waiting in their crusty waiting room while my oil was getting changed. This whole company is so overpriced and takes advantage of all of us who know nothing about cars. It’s so sad! Change is terrifying to me so I’m happy that I took a step away and am trying out new, family owned places. I just got my brakes done for $500 less than what Conrad’s quoted me!! I will never step foot in a Conrad’s again and I will slam their name any chance that I can!

Dont go here for an oil change. Staff is rude and impatient. $50 here but wait 2 hours.
Instead go down to road to the valvoline express lube. $80 in and out in 15 mins. Worth every cent of that $30 extra.

Only reason I rated a four stars out of five is because that they are a bit pricey when it comes to services and pricing of parts and other things related to vehicles, other than that I love that they offer free air for their customers and anybody who needs it because there's very few places that offer free or any more and to be honest I believe that it should be free almost anywhere. It seems like the places that charge $2 and Beyond is ridiculous and they're just grabbing for money when they really don't need that money. It's Eric end of the day that is just compressed and be able to be put in the tires and other objects why should they charge for it because of the compressor that runs it when it's turned on? This is my own opinion and others can view it differently that's completely fine everybody is entitled to their own but this is just my thoughts.
