“This location went above and beyond for me.
I had my first ever accident where someone ran the light and hit the front left corner.
Dustin, who was filling in for the manager at this location, was fantastic. He told my fiancé and I everything that needed to be repaired, contacted us about progress, and was extremely kind.
I had mentioned in a previous incident, someone had sat on my hood, leaving damage. Though I didn’t get it replaced, I was shocked and over the moon when I saw the team had buffed out my hood. I’ve been so upset about that hood for over a year, but now I’m super relieved.
I can’t thank Dustin, the office staff, current manager, and the team enough for the hard work and kindness I’ve received the past couple of weeks. Thank you! ?”

“Ellsworth did an excellent job repairing our rear bumper on our 2024 Red Mini JCW convertible. Came highly recommended by Jeremy at The Dent Shop. Someone had run a grocery cart into the back bumper leaving a series of deep scratches on top of the bumper. Unfortunately, you cannot drive a nice vehicle to a shopping center without fear of someone vandalizing your vehicle. Regardless, nice to have a BMW specialist do the repair properly.”

“When my real estate box truck was damaged from a big tree branch smashing the top corner, it caused a lot of damage. We researched where to take it and found Fleet Fast who specializes in the repair of this type of truck. From the start they were friendly, had good communication and they were timely! The truck looked amazing when they were done...quite frankly it looked a lot better than it did even in areas that weren't damaged. They even cleaned out the inside of the back of the truck, BONUS! Staff was extremely friendly and professional. When my lights came in, they called and got me scheduled. It took less than two hours to complete the job. It looks like a brand new car.
