“I am a master certified heavy diesel technician and I have a 2011 Jeep patriot that was acting up and I thought it was the transmission. I took it to Erwin because they fixed the windows in my wifes Journey under a recall. Anyway, 1 hour labor for their technician to tell me it was a clogged catalytic converter. I was skeptical. I took it home and removed the secondary cat and used a video scope to see the inside of both catalytic converters the secondary was clogged with bits of the internal honeycomb of the primary cat. I replaced The cats and the Jeep runs fine... I still am in awe. I really thought it was the transmission. Thank you Erwin for your wonderful and spot on diagnosis.”

I had an issue with the windshield and went back to them. The owner tried to fix it himself but was unable to do so. Michael Cole was warm, welcoming, extremely considerate and patient from the minute we walked through the door. He considered my situation with my dad at my side with the same care I know he would want someone to use if it were he and his daughter. Even after my dad and I left to check out “that place up the road” and were terribly misguided, Michael welcomed us back and put all of our concerns at ease. John Thompson is a fantastic manager and runs an exceptional crew. It’s very obvious by the energy in the office and the way his employees are happy to be working for him. Very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful himself. Last but not least, David in finance was so patient with us after we had such a long day, we were hungry and tired and probably a little grouchy and David made the final steps in the process a breeze and enjoyable. You can tell he is a master of his trade. Not only did he get us the best rate through the credit union we preferred but he also gave very useful insight and non-biased information to my credit score. Not to mention both Michael and David stayed well after hours to make sure I walked off the lot with the car I wanted and feeling totally confident with my purchase.
