“If I could give this place a million stars I would. Randys towing assisted with moving my car when I was in a car wreck. I believe Rod is the person who I was working with from Randy's. He is the nicest most pleasant person I could ever work with, offered to help however he was able to if my insurance didn't go through and offered to keep my car safe from being scrapped until I can get my insurance figured out. Absolutely a stand up guy who deserves all the business he can possibly get. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for the kindness I recieved from Randy's. “How nice to deal with such a reputable business. A relative has been a long time well taken care of customer of Action Towing, so when I felt a slight vibration while braking in my Ford Ranger I took it in for a diagnosis. The problem is warped rotors on the front wheels, and while they could have said I need new brakes right away, as I’m sure a dealership would have done and I would have believed because I don’t have the knowledge to know otherwise, they said I might want to wait to replace everything since the brake pads also have to be replaced when replacing the rotors and mine are still perfectly good. As long as I don’t mind the slight vibration I can wait on replacement until the brake pads are worn further. How refreshing. I will be taking my truck there for all of its future needs and I will be recommending to family and friends. We need more businesses like Action Towing and Repair.”
“Such a great company and person. I locked my key in my truck Triple AAA said 7 to 8 hr. He came and helped me out between plowing and his super busy day. “It's where I always stop and get my gas or my convenient needs it's a great place to go sometimes you got to pedalers out there asking you for money but that's any work cuz there's so many homeless people in the world I try to make sure I always have something to give them they're always pretty nice to you for the area it's in it's the best gas station in the town I'll Trust their gas better than anybody else's gas in my automobile”
“My flatbed driver was awesome! Arrived quickly when called for roadside assistance. Driver was polite and friendly. Kept good conversation with him on the way to the mechanic shop. Tow driver double checked to make sure that I had someone coming to pick me up before he left. I would 100% recommend American Towing to my friends and family.”

“This company answered the request to tow a broken down C6 corvette via Cincinnati Insurance Co. The driver arrived much faster than the anticipated time given initially. His name is Darryl (spelling?). He knew exactly what to do to get the vette with a broken shifter cable off of the driveway apron and onto the flatbed, properly. The tow location had to be changed after the tow was requested and he also took care of that easily. More easily than the Insurance company could because they were no help. I would recommend this driver and I would use this company if I could have this driver.Service: Special vehicle towing”
