“z and his team went above and beyond to help us! We were given the wrong trailer at pick up and had talked to 5 other people one who promised to call us back and never did. Finally got in contact with Z who helped us and got us what we needed and got the trailer hooked up for us and extended our rental to accommodate all the mishaps. He also was able to confirm everything when we called after trying to drop off the truck and the return place was trying to charger us an extra $400. We really appreciate all he did for us and definitely deserves all the praise.”
“First time at this location. Sent there by Uhaul app because I needed a 6x12 trailer.Super nice people even in hundred degree weather. Everyone was very helpful with me, not knowing I needed a couple extra stuff.It was 7 miles farther away than my normal location. “This location is a main center so it has everything, propane boxes trucks etc. Convenient and easy to get to off 3rd Street from either 35 or 75. I use them all the time for trailer rentals, appliance dollies, etc.”

“Super clean and a comfy temperature.. in a part of town that really needs it... secure and I don't have worries about my stuff being there for an extended time... free and easy access to moving carts to move more efficiently around the building with more stuff than your 2 arms can carry by themselves... if your car breaks down there's a cruddy mechanic next door who uses the front uhaul lot as if it were his own lot... right on Salem ave can't miss the place..”
“AJ and his staff were very easy to work with. As I needed a longer hitch and new ball, AJ went inside and brought the correct sized hitch and new ball and got it working perfectly. This location had installed the entire mount a few years ago, so everything went together easily. Very professional, and this location had dozens of trailers and trucks. Great place to do business.”
“The facility itself is 5 stars.... but I gave it a four only because of the bullcrap policies the U-Haul companies has.... but when I did use the cargo van to move my belongings.... their policies was making it just a tad bit difficult in which I ended up getting frustrated with the customer service workers.... But I ended up apologizing right after because the issues had nothing to do with the workers and they were only doing their job in which I appreciate them for that”
