“We remodeled our kitchen and mudroom with All-American. Our experience was great from the beginning to the end! Chris gave us a quote that was reasonable and did his best to stick to it. Kelly helped us design our space and went through several drafts as our vision changed. This project took 3-4 months to complete and the guys on our team were reliable, honest, hardworking, polite and flexible. We have two young children and a neighborhood full of kids. The work was done during the summer and Chad, our team leader was so thoughtful and careful with the children who were around. All American uses their own staff for the whole job. Chad was there every day and saw our project from through to the end and Chris stopped in about weekly to check the progress. Chad had 15+ years of construction experience and it showed. All American uses the expertise of their staff as well, calling in specialists for plumbing, flooring and electric as needed. Chad was patient and willing to work with us to tweak our project as needed. He talked us through our options and guided us to local or online resources to select our materials. All American has good working relationships with local distributors demonstrating their professionalism as a business partner too. Our kitchen and mudroom turned out beautiful and transformed our spaces into rooms that are much more useful for our family.”

“My experience with Bath Creations has been more than pleasing. Starting with meeting Nickie in the show room very pleasant to deal with. She got us schedule in a timely fashion for Dave S, our sales rep. He listen to our needs and had great ideals we never even knew was possible due to his years of experience. Then Alex the installation manager came out and measure our project to make sure our renovation was going to go as planned. explained everything in great detail so we were never left unsure about what we are receiving. The installer Aaron and chase are beyond what we expected. Every aspect of the renovation we were included in. There was even mold behind our wall and the Installer immediately took action on addressing the mold. My wife was extremely concerned. Aaron reassured us they have it covered. By the next morning of the renovation there was no signs of mold. The end of the 2nd day, Aaron brought us in to show is how to operate and clean our beautiful new shower. we can not put in words how great the unit looks and put my wife and I at ease knowing we are much safer with this new shower than our old tub. “I shopped around quite a bit before deciding which supplier we would go with for our new kitchen countertops. When I first arrived I couldn’t find anyone despite the door being open, so I called. Someone answered and said his brother was probably working in the back. He called him and had him come up. He invited me in the back where he showed me around his shop and gave me a tour of the facility, including showing me how they cut the slabs, and some current projects. The bothers were friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience and our counters turned out perfect. Not to mention, they were hundreds of dollars less than the nearest competitors for the same style slabs. The installation was quick and easy. I’m not the best with words, but I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for countertops!”

But Max tracked them down for me, found a supplier, let me know a timeline, researched 2 day air shipment options, & communicated fantastic! John is a very insightful designer and came up with some really beautiful and innovative ways to update our space. They did a full remodel for our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, replaced the fireplace and stairway, plus installed new flooring throughout our home. It was a long project and despite the practical inconvenience, I was actually happy to have them in my house for 3 months because of their great attitude. I was continually amazed at our lead carpenter Steve's attention to detail and incredible skill-set. The entire team is extremely talented, very communicative, and always professional.
