It's slow if it works at all. Bought new 5g router no better than 4g. You can't talk to anyone just text or email.

Horrible Customer Service. I've been a customer for almost 2 years. My internet has been out for a week. You can't talk to anyone they only text. And No one will get back to me. The phone number provided says to use their website.

Seems to be ok. It does seem weaker in my bedrooms than where it is located in my living room. Besides satellite internet, it is my only option so I am grateful for it.
