Honestly won’t use this service again. I needed to amend my 2022 tax return to add another form for college and the lady said to drop it off, well she then called and left my husband a rude message saying she needed more information from me and when he called back and gave her the information she explained to him that the money that we get from it won’t be much. That is very rude in my opinion. Also they failed to tell me I had to take in my w2 for city taxes in 2022 and I only found out about it when the city mailed me a letter and I ended up having to pay a late fee which could have been avoided if I was told to go file my city taxes. Do not recommend, go to Jackson Hewitt or anywhere else.
