The snow came upon me quickly. I could not make it home with my kids. I left my car & these guys gave me a quote, gave me a time, and sure enough were to my house within the hour in the unplowed mess. I am so thankful to them & all of the goodness I've experienced tonight out of the circumstances. The guys were so friendly and no complaints. I will call them again & recommend them if I or anyone I know should need them! The price was so worth it too!

Kinda pricey at $80 for replacing the flat with our spare tire, but he was fast getting to my wife to help so it worked out ok. If faced with the same dilemma I'd call 48 1st. Thank you

Insurance company could not find anyone in my network to take my car home 15 miles to my home. 3 hours later the insurance roadside assistance called me back and Mike from forty eight hours towing was on line with him. He knew where I was and towed it home. And then I need it towed to tbonesales in baltic called and made an appointment with him and did it. Very nice young man. I would highly recommend him. And told my insurance company so. Thanks mike

My transmission went out, or so I thought, and I looked for a local tow. I came across Forty-Eight on Google and the reviews were great so I called. Michael stopped at my home and got my key and towed my car. He also was able to repair. So many shops have waiting lists right now, but he was able to look at it within a few days. He called and my clutch was our. He gave me a fair estimate for the maximum it would cost. He broke down the pricing and kept in contact with me several times to let me know where things were at in the process and to confirm the price. When he test drove my car, he hard a sound when braking so he checked my brakes to make sure they were OK, they were [the prior owner hit the brake w a hammer-WHY?!‽] he also checked my oil. It is rare to receive such excellent customer service and to find someone who is truly knowledgeable regarding cars/trucks in today's world. And, although I have a basic understanding of vehicles, I am no expert, for an expert to break down in terms that a novice can understand what is happening with your car. He also offered to pick me up so I didn't have to arrange for someone to drive me to pick it up. He has made a loyal customer and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him. He's outstanding!

My Mercedes had to be towed (the battery went bad). AAA tried to jump start it, but was Unsuccessful and told me to call Mercedes roadside because they wouldn’t be able to tow it. So I did and I’m so glad they called Mike from Forty-eight automotive and towing! He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He actually jump started my Mercedes (something AAA couldn’t do?) and drove it onto the trailer to be towed to the dealership. He sent pictures of my car parked and secure at the dealership lot.
