go with anyone else, internet is out once a month for days, no discount , have to miss work to meet the tech, no discount, spent a years worth of vacation days just to keep 5he wifi working. its all bullcrap

Very dissatisfied with our whole experience of getting our new "Office Suite" phone system from Windstream. Not all the phones were installed when they ported us over to our new phones and now two weeks later we are still waiting on a couple extensions to even have phones. Communication from our Windstream contact people is zero with no updates on when the rest of our phones will be installed. Promises of no additional cost went out the window for they didn't come out and verify this new system would even work correctly where it was being installed. Very disappointing and aggravating. The service technicians give us more advice and information then the ladies handling our account inhouse and it should be that way.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with they may spectrum look good the technicians that come out to do anything have attitude to leave messes this company charges for fine little things that they shouldn't be charging for and trying to get somebody from customer service even more useless they will get mad with you if they don't like you and cut off your internet and then you have to argue with the next person just to get it turned back on

If you're looking for customer service you might as well forget about it I'm calling from Ohio and the people I were speaking with where in India or not to be negative about that but my needs were not met and could not understand a word they were telling me customer service definitely needs attended to

Employees are probably good and helpful. But I would never recommend this for your internet service. Windstream is god awful and the POOREST excuse for an internet service in modern day. Choose anyone but them. Dial up was better.

Been with these guys for 7 years. They suspended my service over 1 month past due after I paid for the month which they texted me was accepted only to text me days later that it wasn't. Cut my service for 5 hrs, needed to send a tech out the next morning with no firm time. Look elsewhere.

Wind stream has been a disappointing experience for a number of years. Downloads at less than 3 mb is a norm. Upload speed is .5 mb or less. Don't expect to work from home if you need the internet. Sometimes the service is out for days after a storm. If you call for service expect to wait a couple of days for a tech to show up. Additionally, their first solution to fix a problem is to sell you a router. I would not recommend this outfit to anyone.

Called on a Friday, was told I could get service out where I live, although no one could come out until Wednesday. It's Wednesday and when the service provider came, turns out they do not offer services out where I live. Customer service wasted our time and his time. The technician, Lindsey, called me at 8 am and sent a text, got here very quickly and was super, super friendly. I feel bad for the technicians when they get called out and have their time wasted. I'm only giving two stars because the technician had extremely good customer service skills. I would rate him 5 stars. Customer service should probably have a better idea of where they provide service so this doesn't happen.
