So this used to be a great place, but now it is kind of run down with the machines always out of order. Also unfortunately it seems to always have a homeless person living and or sleeping in it who either bother you for money or smell the entire place up so bad you just want to vomit. ? so for now my review stands until things get better.

Really dirty and the dryers make your clothes smell bad. I come around 6am to get in and out, yet lately there has been a new homeless man everytime I go, making this place their home with trash and belongings all over the floor, sleeping on the benches, smelling up the place more then it already does(also making it uncomfortable for women). I had to leave with wet clothes because I couldn't stay any longer. I will not do buisness here anymore.

First time here and most likely last. No one working on site. There were what appeared to be dead bedbugs in bottom of the washing machine. I looked very close to be sure. It is not the washing machine holes & there were more than you can see in these pics. So glad I checked the washer before inserting my clothing. LOTS of broken machines. Dirty carts which doesnt appear to be cleaned. Bags, broken laundry handles, misc clothing items (left behind I assume) everywhere. Not clean at all. Does anyone clean or monitor the premises???To top it all off the dryer machine took my quarters yet added no time. Just don't waste your time here.Place needs a MAJOR revamp & proper management.

Came down here from Cleveland to do laundry as our dryer was broken, and Hubby has family in this area. Pros - this place is open 24/7 (including Black Friday 2023 when I visited), most machines cost only $3 to run, and there are three change machines that take up to $10 bills. Cons - there are quite a few "out of order" signs here today, including on one of the three change machines and on the lone bathroom.

Worst of the worse. Stear clear. 75% of machines broken including change and soap machine. Dirty, Can't understand how they stay in business. You'd be better off washing your clothes in Tinkers Creek.

The signage says new ownership but it doesn't appear much has changed. Half the washers are out of service. The space is dirty. It appears none of the washers are wiped down or cleaned.I have been there a various times of day and night, I have never seen an attendant. Random clothes are left in machines or around the space. It would be nice to have a facility in our community that was clean and well maintained. I hope it does improve.

We were absolutely disgusted with how dirty this place was, looks absolutely nothing like the pictures, floor wasn’t clean, the mat as you enter hadn’t been cleaned for some time.When it came to washing it left the clothes soooo wet I was wringing many of them out as I took them out of the washer, disgusting!Could never recommend this place to anyone.Actually deserves NO STARS.

Went there to wash a large comforter. The place is a dump. Run down and filthy. While the machines that work do work very well. The edetergent and fabric softener bins are crusty and not been cleaned in years. The bathroom is a joke. The door was very difficult to open and there was no sink. While I understand with all the machines running it would tend to be warm. It was sweltering in there. Sweat just dripping. Plus no attendants which is probably why it was so dirty. If you're smart go somewhere else.

The grossest laundry mat ive ever been too. Extremely dirty, half the washer and dryers were out of order. Clothes were soaking wet out of washer. Dont waste your money or time here.
