Would not recommend this post office. Very slow, workers are rude and not on time, and they've now lost 2 of my packages after dropping them in the box. Better off driving a couple extra miles to a different one.

Worst post office ever!! This is the 4th time I have went there and a note on is the door saying they have no one to work today ???

Posted operating hours are either wrong or staff isn't showing up on time. Posted hours are 8am and lobby wasn't opened until after 8:30
Other reviews have reported even later than that. Either change the hours Posted to the public or hold the staff accountable for opening on time.

They never deliver mail on time, my mail always gets put in someone else's mailbox, they never deliver packages and even going in to the post office, the line is always super long with only 1 person at the counter. It also smells in the building and the hours are always different.

Avoid this location at all costs if service is what you’re looking for. Long lines with no one at the front desk, misleading operating hours, all around terribly understaffed.

Said they were open at 8:00, so I drove all the way out here and they aren't even open until 9:30 (the lobby)

Very poor service. They don’t even know what you can and can’t ship. Very unintelligent and rude people. Just drive the extra 10 minutes to the Aurora one

This post office has lost my packages. Everytime I have mail routed through Twinsburg, it's either lost or delayed by several days. I'm sure one of their carriers didn't scan the packages and dropped them off at someone's house. How hard is it to do your job? I used to work for the USPS in Columbus and managed to deliver mail and package on time and correctly. Why can't a small suburb handle it?

Almost every time our Amazon packages get routed through this facility, they are misrouted only to be returned to this facility for proper routing, delaying delivery by days. At times, through tracking information, we've watched our packages just sit at this facility for days. It appears to us that these people are directionally challenged and unwilling to ask for help.

Sometimes fine, today indifferent and looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I asked if they carry a size flat rate box listed on the usps.com site.
