Small area for backing and can get congested quickly. There is a drop lot, left of their fuel pumps to turn around. Turn around and back up, all the way to your dock door. All while others are moving around you. Small dock parking.

Capstone scam which means: 1. 3-4 times as long to unload a truck. 2. Truckers needing to be in the middle of an interaction that should be between lumper and broker. We always charge extra to deliver to lumpers

Enough said... The reviews are not wrong. After 3hrs there should be no lumper fee cause they've taken enough away from drivers by then. Plus if there was a 3 hrs max then no lumper fee Capstone would be sure to get drivers in and out... They got 2 stars for ample time to take a nap...

No overnight parking. Had a 6am appointment time got in checked in by 5:45am got a door right away not even within an hour was unloaded paid and out the door I go. This place is chaos specially at 6am when all the truck show up and everyone it’s trying to back in to their assigned door at the same time

This place is a joke. I got here on time for my appointment 9:40am. They did put me in a door 21. I only have three pallets to unload. It’s 11:12am and they have not started on my truck yet. I guess I will late to my Cleveland OH drop. They are lazy and don’t honor appointments time at all. This is crazy. ????. The security guard is lazy too. If you knock on the window he takes his time answering you because he is playing games on his phone and not paying attention. Again this is crazy. They don’t honor the truck driver time for ELD logs either. This is terrible ?
