The man with the accent who is bald and wears glasses is very rude. Not only was he rude to me but to my coworker as well. Coming in there to drop something off to be shipped that MY MANAGER told me to bring and was rudely talked to because of the way it was taped. I had no idea how it was taped was done wrong.

So I dropped off a package there it was not delivered I went back to the store the lady behind the counter was very very rude and told me I did not drop the package off there I showed her the receipt and she still argued with me even though it said their address on top of the receipt my customer is still not received their package it was going to Michigan should have taken 3 days it's been over 8 now way to go UPS they never updated the tracking on this package and now I have to refund the customer if you hundred dollars because they cannot do their job

Got to the store and the guy wanted to charge me $2 to tape my box! On to the next ups store (Solon), No charge.

Got to the store at 6:58pm and the door was already locked. 6:59 the gate went down and an older woman came out saying the computers were already down very unapologetic. Now I’m out of a $35 return bc apparently this store closes before the 7pm they have posted.
