My son walked out of his place of emploment to find his car stolen; police discovered it destroyed in a hit + run. Immediately, same day, our Broker, The Taylor Group and Erie Insurance, a team of people came together to make a horrific stressful situation best case scenario, easy and stress-free. By the end of the same day, he had a rental vehicle! Adjusters, claim processor + same day wire transfers when claim processed. The Taylor Group in Twinsburg makes you feel like it's ok, we got you! They even added in his upgrades like speakers, lights etc to the claim over blue book value. When I called my friend, another local insurance broker, she even told me we would not have gotten that with another auto insurance carrier. They made my son whole so he could purchase another vehicle without a car payment. The Taylor Group 100% made us feel as if they were looking out for our family, not Erie Insurance. Thank you!

We have been working with Kurt and Kim for 15 plus years. They have worked very hard to keep our Health Insurance at the best possible rates. My agents name is Andy Radcliffe. I have a less than stellar motor vehicle record and I needed SR22 coverage so getting insurance at a good rate is practically impossible. Andy took his time and was very thorough and found me a great rate that I can afford for full coverage insurance. I would highly recommend him and his associates if you need an affordable policy and someone who is always there when you have questions or issues.

Picking an Agent is important. I didn't think this was true, but I found this out the hard way. I won't get into all the particulars of why this is one of the worst insurance Agencies in our area. They can just whine and cry and say it's not true etc. The bottom line, they do not follow up when they say they will. They do not value thier customers or they would follow up. If you must continuously chase your agent for updates, you have the wrong agent. I do not make it a habit to write bad reviews, but this place is bad news.

Converted to Taylor Insurance Group years ago and have continued to recommend to friends and family, all of whom share the same sentiment. They have been incredibly easy to work with, accommodating to our needs, and schedule.
