Do not go to this place very unprofessional they are not knowledgeable at all and we’re only talking about an oil change. They play on their phones more than anything. Me and my fiancé sat in the car bay for 45 minutes as they only did one car at a time they do not call out and have manager verify like they do I’m at other oil change places don’t check your air pressure to ask her to do so she said I thought I did too busy playing on her phone to realize not doing what’s needed even with the $25 coupon still was $70. Just do your oil change yourself. You’ll do it right the first time and save a lot of money. I’ll never go back.

Waited about 30 minutes for an oil change service before I left. Service was extremely slow. One of the workers seemed more concerned about a bug that was flying around than tending to customers. Will not return.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Sat inside the bay for 25 minutes. And someone finally decides to come scan my car to see what oil it takes. “Oh yea sorry we just ran out of 5W20”…. How? How can it even be called take 5? Worst 30 minutes I’ve wasted ever

The oil change was ok but they got oil splatter all over my freshly washed car, they also commented how they filled the washer fluid, that was a lie! When we got home besides cleaning off quite a few oil splatters my husband checked the washer fluid and it was EMPTY! They are also a bit pushy with selling their additional products!

Been a customer for nearly 10 hrs, but today was the first time anyone ever checked my engine coolant. Then employee couldn't explain what the results of the test meant only that the fluid should be colorful. Employees were a bit too unprofessional during visit for my taste at this visit. Not to mention, but I sat in the bay for almost 30 minutes before they started working on my vehicle.

Randy is very professional and has a great sense of humor. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and gives customers a peace of mind knowing that our cars are in good hands with a knowledgeable professional. He needs a promotion. He is a good businessman.

I've been a Take 5 customer for many years (@2005?). I began going to the Darrow Road location due to a work transfer (@ April 2024). I would have to say that the team does alot of talking amongst themselves, but not so much with customers. I've never been offered water when I arrive & the dress code is pretty "loose". I had an oil change and a couple fluid checks, and my oil change notification still shows on my dash- it's almost time for another oil change.
There is one slim young lady that works there who is always friendly and smiles. Her uniform is always clean and fits neatly.
** If you need a full oil change, plan on @ 60+ minutes. It usually takes @40 min for them to get to your vehicle. And a few minutes more for them to start on your vehicle once in a bay. I'm usually a bit over my hour lunch when I go to this location.

Had to stop before work cuz my low oil light came on. They were fast and professional. Changed the oil and topped the washer fluid and changed out my dirty gross filters. And all before 8am. ?
