Bought my car here about a year ago and get my oil/brakes done routinely. I would highly recommend coming to Switchcars with any auto needs. Brian, Thomas, and Daniel were absolutely wonderful and so helpful.

I truly thought I had already reviewed Doug and Switchcars. I have now bought 2 cars from Switchcars. Both cars were well described and serviced. I traded in an M3 and was treated fairly on the trade side as well. I am sure there will be many cars in the future. If you are buying your 1st or 100th enthusiast vehicle, I assure you Switchcars is a business you should consider. 5 stars because 6 isn’t an option.

This place is completely unprofessional, if you send a guy to pick up your car and his trailer and truck aren’t show quality presentable he will blast you on social media clowning you and your business not to mention “jay” will call your wife unpresentable. Stay all away from this place

Terrible experience . If you order cars like you order pizza and don't care about tests drives this is your place , but if you like to test drive the vehicle your looking to spend thousands on forget it look elsewhere .You would think if you bring in over 150,000 in cash you would be taken seriously and not labeled as a tire kicker haha wow very unintelligent group of sellers !

I've checked out a few deals here and have always found them to be super helpful and fair with their pricing. While I haven't found the right car for me yet, their honesty and fairness keep me coming back.

Bought a super nice 2005 Porsche 911 Carrera S from these guys a few weeks ago! Great experience...and coming from someone in the business...meant a lot to us on a super splurge purchase. Car is great, checked out awesome at Porsche North Olmsted last week and we look forward to YEARS and tons of use!!

UPDATE: Soooo...enjoyed the 911 for about 4 weeks. Still have a temp tag on it....and it's dead. IMS failure. Nothing these guys can be blamed for! But just super disspointing. Just buyer beware a bit more when buying an older German car...and even though I did hear about it, it SEEMED not quite the issue it really is...still love these guys, and they did step up in the end which is always appreciated.....
